Did not talk down to me, did not make me feel stupid--as some in the past have. Overall amazing. I have always dealt with Ray Skillman and will always. This is the second Kia i have had. The last time I bought a car was back in 1997, so when I finally decided to give up that vehicle, I started online. I had no idea that, when I would look at the websites of car dealerships, someone would call me within 5 minutes. When I was looking at the Prescott Brothers of Rochelle website, the phone rang. I just waited for a message on voicemail because I was not sure I wanted to talk to anyone yet. After a few minutes of chatting with my boyfriend Glenn, I decided to give Rob Jasper a call back to talk about test driving a Ford Edge. Like I said, I only planned on test driving the car.
I ended up buying the car because I totally enjoyed it, and Rob made the whole process go smoothly. I even had some uneasy thoughts about what I was getting myself into and he was always patient and understanding. Everybody there treated me with great respect so I would highly recommend anyone to shop for a car at the Prescott Brothers dealerships.
We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.
My new car experience was smooth from beginning to end. Carter helped me, a senior citizen, understand which features would be best for me and which model would suit me well. Definitely will consider going back to Runde’s.
Everyone at Golling made the purchase of my car very quick, easy and efficient. It was literally so fast, as they accommodated me on my lunch break for a test drive. And when the private buyer for my car backed out at the last minute, the Golling team went to work and found a new buyer within a day. Thank you!
I called the service department from 90 miles away asking for them to get me in right away as I was working and needed my truck fixed ASAP. A closer dealer said 3 days wait. Martin at this Flagstaff dealership worked with my time restraints to get me in the same day. Not only did they make me feel important but, they provided me with a loaner car without asking so I could get back to work. Martin called me and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. I showed up to pick up my car just before they closed. They did not rush me, made sure I was happy, overlooked the extra miles I had put on the car they provided and were very friendly to me.
I asked to speak to a sales person as I wanted to find out what it would cost to upgrade my vehicle and I was greeted by a wonderful person from Hawaii which we shared stories and I received the information i wanted. I would buy from him anytime. Now I remember his name. Kieth. He was very pleasant and did not try to pressure me at all.

My lease was expiring soon so I was combing the area GM dealers while looking for my next car. Even though they were a bit of a distance for me they provided the best pricing and best customer service of any of the dealerships that I visited. My salesperson David went more out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the purchase than any salesperson that I've ever encountered. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was excellent and I would highly recommend checking them out!
Exceptional customer service. Originally started with an E-mail inquiring about a car for sales. Responses were quick, professional and answered my questions. When we went there to look at the car they were very accommodating and no pressure to buy. We purchased the car we inquired about. Buying a car has never been an enjoyable experience, but this was very comfortable and pleasant!
I had my 2007 Pontiac G6-Gt retractable roof repaired and a part replaced. There was a lot of wind noise and the roof leaked when it rained. Nicole assured me that the mechanics still trained on Pontaic's. The mechanic did and excellent job. no more wind noise, water leaks and the roof locks down with out help.
Just wanted to thank Nicole and the mechanic for a job well done.
Was not used to being treated like a valued customer.
They have renewed my faith in having a good experience with sales and service.

I bought a car online, without ever seeing it in person. I've been duped before by doing that. Not this case. My salesperson, Rick H. always answered every question promptly and went over the car with me on the phone. I drove 500 miles to get the car. It was just as he said, clean and even had a full tank of gas. Very impressed with West Motors. Will buy here again Thanks.
Shopped for a car I would love and my salesman quickly showed me why I'd rather have a Buick by pointing out the many features. Seating was comfortable (driver and passenger), the handling and turning radius was what I was looking for.
Todd Rust does a fantastic Job! Always keeps me informed upfront as to repairs and cost as well as time frame for completion. Everyone I have dealt with at Karl Tyler goes above and beyond! The multi-point inspections as well as a nice clean vehicle are a welcome bonus. I would recommend them to anyone, and have for vehicle purchase and product support
