Everything went so smooth with Button Dodge! Went somewhere else orginally to buy a vehicle and they werent willing to help. I went to Button and they did everything in their power to help me out and get what I wanted! Jamie Hansen was my salesman and he is awesome! If anyone wants someone that is willing to do anything for you, ask for him! 10/10 recommend Jamie and Button!
My new car experience was smooth from beginning to end. Carter helped me, a senior citizen, understand which features would be best for me and which model would suit me well. Definitely will consider going back to Runde’s.
Runde's service department is always pleasant to work with. They have always been very accommodating. Repairs are done quickly at a reasonable price.

Small dealership with super friendly family atmosphere. Salesman Chris Spaulding was out of sight and great to deal with. No high pressure sales tactics at all. 30 minutes to close the deal and an hour of friendly conversation. Purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and would highly recommend.
We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Cory greeted us and handed us over to Rick. Rick pulled up 3 different colors of the same vehicle so we could pick the right one and Dennis in finance did a great job explaining all our options there as well. We will definitely be back in the future.
i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
We were looking for another GMC Terrain, salesman took his time to show us those colors and interiors available. 2019 GMC Terrain Denali caught our eye. Test drive and it was a done deal, fabulous!
