I recently had the opportunity of doing business with Fred at Garvin Motors. I was interested in a vehicle they had posted on Cars.com that was over 16 years old with an unknown history. This also was one of there least expensive vehicles on their lot.
Fred took the time to make sure that this vehicle was going to be a good fit for my family. Prior to driving 10 hours, Fred provided me with service records, open and honest communication including the evaluation of condition ( which most sales folks would have lost the sale with the condition), and reassured me that it was mechanically sound.
I decided to trust this evaluation because of the incredible communications Fred provided. I made a 10 hour rd trip through WY in January to Cody, WY. Fred sent a service tech to the rental car place and drove me the final 30 mile leg of the trip.
The vehicle was exactly what was described with no hidden problems. This is one of the nicest vehicles I have driven. This was the best customer service experience I have ever been part of. Garvin motors was fast and professional with the paperwork and got me back on the road with a full tank of fuel. Thank you Fred and Garvin Motors for a great experience.
Chris over in the Nissan building is great to work with. My 1st choice of car did not work out but he found one that fit what I wanted and called me in and I purchased it. Chris is hands down the best and most personable car salesman I've ever worked with. Will be going back in future.
Billion Auto Group especially Doug Collins in (service) and follow by Steve Stout ( GM) were incredible to work with. I purchased a Yukon XL Denali and it had an annoying rattle noise when driving at 60mph. For the price of the car, I wanted this fixed. Doug was incredible in service and worked with me to resolve the problem and even had a GM engineer come to Bozeman to look at the car and see if it could be rectified. The problem was sporatic and sometimes Doug was not able to hear it when he test drove my car. Even without hearing the noise constantly, Doug took care of me and put in the paperwork to replace. I was not treated as annoying customer or pushed aside but instead with professinalism and understanding. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and have an issue along the way with replacing the car but that was not the case. Steve Stout said to me numerous times, " you don't worry, we will take care of you and handle it with GMC." Even when GMC said they would not take care of 2K that I purchased for an insurance detail package, Steve said he would take care of it for me because it was the right thing to do. GMC furfillment center rep even told me that they were extremely impressed with this dealership and their timeliness and throughro paperwork. They said most dealerships are difficult to work with during this process and that most people have to wait up to 6 months to get their care replaced. My issue once approved was taken care of in less than two weeks. Bottom line, Billion was outstanding and my husband and I will be lifelong customers because we trust we will be taken care of! Buy your car here, no joke they are wonderful!
Had my oil changed on Saturday morning, nice time to be there, it's not busy and the dealership area is quiet, too. The work was done fast and well done. I really appreciated the manager on duty that day. I had some service-type questions about my new jeep and he was well informed and gave me great information. I only gave it an 'overall' rating of 4 stars because I was surprised, and a little bummed, that the 'quick clean' done at the quick lubes isn't done here. (windows, dash, vac). That would be a nice touch.
We drove 350mi from Lewistown to trade our older Suburban for a newer used vehicle we saw online at White's Frontier Motors. As you can imagine we were nervous about making a long trip and giving a deposit on a vehicle so far away that we had not yet driven or even seen other than photos, not to mention trusting a dealership and people we did not know.
We are thankful to the Lord for the friendly and professional service we found when we arrived!

After spending 2 months looking for a good buy on a new GMC truck, we had decided to get a used truck in Colorado. On our way we just happen to stop in Casper at the BUICK - GMC - Cadillac dealer. Mitch Salloum our salesman was wonderful, he showed us a used truck that was nice, but not quite what we wanted. He asked what we really wanted, a fully loaded SLT GMC Sierra at a Great Price.... Doesn't Everyone? He knew that they had just the perfect one across the lot. I was quick to say yeah, but probably not at a great price... He smiled and said you might be surprised, we have some great deals going on right now. To our surprise, he was right!!! We are now proud owners of a Brand New GMC for not much more than the used 2016 truck with 40,000 miles we were heading to get. Thanks Mitch!!!
I also have to put a shout out to Bobby Atnip the GM who made this deal happen, even though my payment ended up being less than I was expecting. :) When I get ready to buy another Sierra, Casper GMC will be my dealer of choice... Thanks Bobby.
First, the positives: Nice customer service, so far the work seems do have been done well (I've only had my car back a couple days), and the service department was able to take a look at my car fairly quickly so they could assess the problem (I just saw leaking transmission fluid, but it turned into 3 major things).
Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful as well as being nice and polite. We never felt pressured and the buying experience was the best we have ever had.
