I take my utility sports vehicle to Alpine Buick on a regular basis because of the outstanding service provided by the Quick Oil Lube Department. I also receive the same type of service from the repairs department, if my vehicle requires repair. Great job, technicians!
Steve Cantrell at Shortline GMC in Aurora was fantastic! We moved to CO from TX in September. We wanted to trade our GMC Sierra for something with AWD and smaller. He was very knowledgeable about the Terrain we were considering. It did take several weeks before we were able to return for a test drive and make the purchase. Steve was very patient with us. He made the entire process painless.
It was the right car, and it was the right time to purchase. I really do love my Buick Encore, and was so glad to time it with some great incentives. I also am very happy with the peace of mind that the extended warranty gives me.
Steve, Nick and Lisa were great to work with even with the merger/buyout they navigated it well and I felt very at ease with each step of the process. I drove right in, the Service Associate that greeted me was very polite and explained exactly what was going to be done, as I waited for my vehicle he came to check on me and asked if I had any other questions or concerns, it was a great experience and I will certainly be returning to Transwest GMC for all my service needs
We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. We just never felt like he was pushing a truck on us. He listened to what we had to say and responded from there. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Transwest Buick GMC Isuzu.
i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.
I bought a used car and after signing the paperwork was handed one car key. I use the cars I buy (8 new and used cars in the past 3 years) for our business so I need two keys. I was told by the sales person that he would take care of it, which after many calls and emails, he has not. A sales manager basically said "you get what we get when we receive the car."
I have never bought a car, new or used, from a reputable dealer, and not received two keys. The fobs are not cheap so I guess they decided that if they ignore me I will just go away.
Great experience. Saul made my test drive and purchase very easy. I never felt pressured to purchase, and they were extremely fair on the price. The whole experience was a pleasure! I’ll be back over and over again. Better call Saul!
