My husband and I had been to several dealerships that day. Mike McDaniel approached us right after we entered the front doors. I asked to see the Honda CR-V and he said he???d pull one around. Our experience was great overall. Mike was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we found the vehicle we wanted and went back to finalize the purchase, Mike spent time showing us the new features of the vehicle and making sure we understood everything. Other staff in the building were very friendly as well.
Walked into the dealership to test drive a Ridgeline. Introduced to Mike and found a very him very personable. He was down to earth and not a pressure type salesman. I had done my homework by reading the owners manual before going to the dealership and found Mike very knowledgable. The sale went smoothly. I recently purchased a vehicle at Union Park Honda. All three of the individuals that I dealt with were very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. I never felt pressured by the salesman and found the staff to be welcoming.
Eric - was willing to work around my schedule, and was able to assist me in getting the price for my vehicle to what I was able to afford by working around several options. He even had a few matchbox cars to keep my kids a bit occupied. As well, asssited with my outgoing phone calls for change of services with insurnace/OnStar service due to my deafness.
It is a rare family owed dealerships that prides themselves on great deals and excellent service. Eric went above and beyond to help us get familiar with all the new options. We had a very pleasant car buying experience and would recommend them to everyone. That entire staff was very pleasant and wanted to make sure we were happy in every way.
Jim was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. No wonder hes been there for 20yrs! Also, the staff in whole was great. The after hours pick up was very convenient. Leslie was very engaging and her joy was contagious! I will not use Faulkner for all my mechanical needs. Well done!
We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
Another enjoyable experience with our recent purchase at Pellegrino Buick GMC, thanks to Lou Cerota. One again, Lou has gone out of his way to make sure our car buying experience was pleasant and hassle free. Lou made sure we understood all functions of the car. We have lost count of the number of cars we have purchased or lease from Lou. Thanks also for his secretary's (Craig) assistance.
We just had the best buying experience imaginable! We have been looking for a Ram 2500 for a while. Initially, we'd planned on purchasing a used vehicle with low mileage that hopefully had been well maintained. It turned out that we'd be able to purchase a brand new vehicle for an excellent price at Novick, and it doesn't end there. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Aside from signatures and becoming acquainted with the vehicle, there was nothing more to do. There were no awkward sales pitches, no surprise charges ... not one negative thing about the experience! We were treated as valuable customers the entire time by there extremely friendly staff - including the young lady who opened the door for us, the gentleman who prepared our registration documents, the finance manager, and of course, Scott Novick, who was beyond awesome. This is our first Dodge ... and it certainly won't be our last ... and we definitely will return to buy from Novick!
The service department at Faulkner is exceptional Jack Platt is professional and responsive. The waiting area is clean and very professional. I would consider this dealership if/when I buy a new vehicle.
I have been having a lot of problems with my car and because of this my car has been in with Novick and LOT, to say the least and each time I had to take my car there I have NEVER had a problem. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! On point, well informed, courteous, just everything. Frank is the BEST. There is NOTHING negative I can say about anyone at Bob Novick service department! Thanks Guys!
