Low pressure salesman, very laid back atmosphere, reasonable price paid for a 2017 Maxima. They do make good on their promises unlike some other dealers. Reggie Little was especially helpful in the sale. Lance Hartman used car mgr helped me procure an updated NAV memory card expeditiously so there was hardly any inconvenience. Would do business with them again.
Buy the diesel version if you can afford it

Everything is great as far as comfort, style and reliability. However with any gas heavy duty there’s just no power and the mpg isn’t to brag about.
New car purchase. Friendly service. Efficient service. Knowledgeable staff. Helpful staff. Professional staff. Would definitely recommend. Great deal. Love the Subaru commercial. Wonderful give back offer to charity. Note, Subaru was not listed on survey. Had to check Saab to be able to send survey. Need to update when you receive.

Strong work pickup , comfortable travelling pickup. It covered all of our needs. Towing livestock to long drives on vacation, It is a great truck!
My experience with Spizer Toyota was absolutely unforgettable. They not only sold me a great car, but they entertained my Rowdy 3 year old the entire time we were there.
These are genuinely caring down to earth people. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Awesome vehicle....it goes when you hit the gas. You get heads turning with it. Great gas mileage when chipped. Handles well with large tires too
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Interior finish is great. More power than you need. Great mpg. Looks great. Tows everything I have hooked up to it without breaking a sweat. Great overall value!
Few weeks ago I had my car service by Dan Curley......awesome job....inspection etc...10/31/2018 my first accident in a lot of years....I called next morning took my car down....Nate R. took care of me and my car right away....(Have to say the two young ladys at the front very friendly and great big smiles and they also do excellent job) Work was done I am very happy I purschase my car there (after 19 years holding on to my other car why did I ever do that) But I am one happy camper.......I was treated awesome and the service on both visit really great....Thank you staff at Kenny Ross Ford Library Road.....
Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I bought the diesel brand new. I could smell antifreeze in the front after a week.
The dealership could not find a problem. After 32000 miles I had a low coolant alarm. After 4 days and some help from the internet the dealer found the leak at the bottom of the radiator.
GM was generous enough to pay about $300 of a $750 bill for a problem that was there from the start. They gave me the illusion they cared and was going to give me more assistance. Nope!
GM vehicles have a problem with the radiators and the connections. I have read many strings at the truck forums regarding coolant issues. The radiator has no cap which causes it to be very hard to "burp" the system when one needs to change out a poorly engineered radiator. The last GM vehicle for me.
This was truly an amazing experience the car we bought was due to be inspected in December they had me drop it off inspected the car did Admissions and oil change and Alignment topped off all fluids changed filters and put four new tires on my car because they needed them all for no charge to us!!! I've never experienced anything like this and my husband has been buying cars for over 50 years and was totally impressed we will buy from Choice again!!!
Most Reliable Truck I've ever owned

This Truck has been the most Reliable and comfortable vehicle I've ever owned. My wife and I use it like it's the family car, if we go any where she says let's take the truck. Pulling has been spot on we have a 32' bumper pull Camper and this truck handles it with no probkem. I purchased it with 6000 miles on it in 2011 and now has 10700 !!
Great bunch of guyz, patient and went the extra mile. Made buyin a new truck fun and simple. Would buy from G and L Motors again.

Got the Duramax Sierra SLT crew cab with pretty much all the options, I’ve tried other trucks and currently have a 2007 Chevy Duramax and it turned me to GM from the ford and dodge diesels I’ve driven/owned in the past. Blows my mind with all the options, super comfortable and rides quite nice for a truck.
I was treated very well when shopping for a used SUV. The staff was great and answered all of my questions. and Gave me a really fair price for my old vehicle on trade. There Auto shop takes care of all of the repairs and maintenance on my vehicle as well and they have always been fair, friendly and explained any repairs needed and treated me very well on the price.
Was my first car and will probably be my last

I might be biased because this is my dream truck but it's the coolest thing ever! I own a 2016 GMC Sierra SLE 2500hd and it is the bee's knee's for towing! It coming all set up for towing and it rides so smoothly! This truck effortlessly tows around my 2 - horse trailer with my two Irish Draughts in it, one of them being 17+ hands! All in all I LOVE this Truck! Thank you JJ Suk from Keller Bros for selling me this dream!

8.1 has great power and tows anything but drinks up the gas. Super smooth power and very reliable. Seats could be more comfortable but still easy to drive all day on long trips. Most of truck is great but some minor things could be better quality. Third GM truck and will most likely get another after keeping this one for 20 plus years.
