Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
The most professional and knowledgeable place to but a car. This is our 4th vehicle we have purchased from Poage and we would not go anywhere else! They make buying a car the easiest process. Someone is always there to greet you. They go above and beyond to make it happen. Excellent place!

Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. Not only was he a delight but other staff members assisting Mike Terlikowski (Management) and Travis (Finance) both went above and beyond as well to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and happy. We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. Alex and the Lynch staff were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Alex came in on his day off to complete the process. We are happy with our purchase of a 2018 Terrain.
