This is the second car I have purchased and financed through them. I have never had a better experience, as well an honest and more personal experience in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. The fact that they are honest about every aspect of the vehicle and in helping us find and finance one is the reason I come from Dallas to Idaho. I would suggest them to any and everyone who is interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I really wished I could afford the corvettes they have.
Having been an automobile dealer for 30 years I look at dealerships as a client in quite a different manner. I must say I was impressed with Jason and Dan and the speed and efficiency of the service department. The cleanliness of the facility was excellent, the friendliness contagious right into the waiting room with the other waiting customer. We didn't wait long, we didn't have to wait forever for an appointment and it's for sure comparing it to my old facility this one is "A1!

I took my car in for a routine service maintenance visit, The service writer was Bobby. He was very courteous and efficient. I told him I had another appointment and he had my car ready with plenty of time to spare to get to my next appointment. He was very friendly and knowledgeable concerning my needs. I was very impressed.
My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . There was no hard pressure sales . They got us in and out in a very timely fashion.

Great customer service! Clint, the salesperson, was very fair negotiating over price and trade-in. He was pkeasant and I never felt pressured. Even got a better loan rate! I love the car...although it's used (2016), it's in excellent condition and is a make/model with a hard to find 2nd row bench seat. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a car, go see them!
I bought an 06 GTO while deployed for the Army half the world away. Barry Martin did a great job communicating by email and gave me a great price which included shipping it to my home. Very easy and enjoyable experience. Barry knows cars, is a gear head, and no pressure. I highly recommend.
Winegardner always does a great job of servicing my car. I've purchased my last two vehicles from them and have been having my cars serviced there for the past 8 years. I'm always very satisfied. My only small complaint is that they need to have more availability of loaner cars.
Runde Chevrolet and sales associate Jacob Puhls did a great job in getting me the new truck that I was looking for. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend asking for Jacob when call or visit the dealership.
My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
Found the car I wanted on cars.com at the price I wanted and sent a message to the dealer. A sales person contacted me that day, I headed over after work and drove home in my new car that night. No haggling, no hassles and there was never any pressure. Chopper was my sales person and he was polite, professional and went the extra mile driving behind me to my house to get the pink slip and the extra key for my trade in.
My only advice would be to remodel the sales office to make it more inviting and comfortable for customers.
