This car is one of the best I have ever owned. The technology that cars have now is so impressive and the terrain has everything I need. It drives comfortablely and smooth. Gas mileage is good. I can see this car lasting my many years to come!
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

All the options that are in this vehicle are impressive, love this vehicle. V6, heated seats, leather interior, navigation system, comfortable, drives so smoothly...what can I say other than this vehicle is AWESOME.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Purchased a new/used Terrain and I am loving it. It feels like a solid vehicle with a roomy interior for myself and 2 kids with plenty of cargo room to boot.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

It meets my expectations and comfortable. very fuel efficient. It is truly a very good riding vehicle both around town and long distances. well worth the price.

The Terrain is very comfortable to drive. Both my wife and I can adjust the interior so both of us are comfortable driving. Very nice interior features (takes a little getting use to all the buttons). The navigation and backup camera make traveling very easy.
I went in expecting to be turned down for a loan. Mark was fantastic, along with everone else who helped me. I left with the perfect car, far above what I had expected, at a price I can afford. This is my 2nd Hyundai and I will never drive anything else. Amazing experience, Mark was informative, patient, kind and so helpful. I will recommend you guys to everyone!

We were looking for a family car after we had our new member of the family. This was definitely the right choice. It has a lot of space and it is good in gas.
Average: We found the sales person to be dedicated to selling the car we asked about, I'll leave that there.... Recalls on the car had not been resolved as we had been assured they were. Finance was aggressive with pushing the extended warranty, seemed they were taking the 7 no approach seriously. When dealing with the Service division (to resolve the recalls) we've only experienced wonderful customer service.
Had a situation where I hit a pothole and ruined a tire, contacted a couple of more local dealers to get Road Hazard repair as I live about an hour from flemington. The local service centers once they heard that the vehicle was NOT purchased there, had reasons as to why they couldn't get to it. I called the flemington service desk, the service representative not only made room for my service call, but arranged for a loaner as well. Maria was assigned as my contact and she kept me appraised of the progress of the repair. As well as calling the road hazard insurance company and coordinated the coverage with my needs. Two days later, I got my car back with four new tires (another one had a slow leak and needed replacement), at a very reasonable price.
As simple as the title. I didn't feel like it was anything special. The service was just ok and the prices were average or high for most of the vehicles. I know dealers want to make as much off the buyer as possible but you have to draw a line in the sand somewhere.
Jay Meany at O'Reily GMC was soooo helpful with helping us select the perfect SUV for us! He was very thorough as he described to us the differences in vehicles we were looking at and helped us zero in in the SUV that fit our needs! Highly recommend Jay and the gang at O'Reily GMC!! I had my truck in for service because the check engine light was on and it was repaired. But after 4 days it came back on. Called for service and they took my truck in the next day. They keep the truck for a week (thanksgiving week) but gave me a loner. The mechanic had to contact GM technical support for assistance. I was told that the repair was done as per GM. Before I left the dealership the check engine light came on again. Same problem. They took the truck right back in and made the same repair but to a different part of the engine. Overall the service department did their job. I was disappointed the GM didn???t have the mechanic replace all the parts since they new it has been a technical problem.
The service repair personnel are very good. Matthew, our service person is always very helpful.
