I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
Great job to all involved! We were able to drop our car off the night before, and by 7:55 a.m. the next day, I was contacted with the answer to our problem and a corresponding clear solution. Gates was able to complete all necessary work before the end of the same day! This was not the first time we have taken our car to Gates for diagnostics and solutions, nor was it the firs time that the service team at Gates has provided great service. We will be back!

Plenty of leg room in front and back. Drives so nice. Love the get up and go with the v6. Easy to clean leather. Big cargo space in back.
This is my second purchase for R&B and without a doubt I will see them everytime I look to purchase a vehicle. The customer service and hospitalty from Nate and Cory was above and beyond anything anyone could expect from a dealership. They u have went above and beyond for the second time around. Thanks R&B for being better than all other dealerships.

I love it. It drives smooth, great on gas and it’s comfortable. The backup camera is amazing, super clear even in rain or snow. Highly recommended.
WE HAD A GREAT BUYING EXPERNCE THE GUYS TREATED US LIKE FAMILY. THEY DID'NT HAVE THE CAR THERE BUT FOUND IT AT ONE OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS. JUST WHAT WE WANTED AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT WERE WE WANTED TO BE.THE WIFE LOVES HER 2014 EXPLORER, HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE. THANKS GUYS

Love that it not to large. Very comfortable and has great features. Fun to drive, great gas mileage, and looks very stylish and expensive. Makes friends envious.
This was a private seller and he coudnt have been kinder. He let us take the car for a test drive by ourselves. The car looks brand new and I purchased it. Wonderful people to work with.

This SUV drives more like a car and not like a truck. It is pretty good on gas, better on hwy than street way. I have owned for one month now and have gotten pretty comfortable with driving a SUV again big difference from the Camaro as far as acceleration, but once it gets going you won't even realize you are going over 70 mph...that smooth of a ride. The only con so far is there is a traction button that auto on when start so you have to remember to click off unless weather is bad like rain and you need extra traction.
This is our second vehicle purchase from McCormick. Tom goes out of his way to ensure you're happy with your purchase. With both vehicles we took up to three weeks to research everything before putting any money down. At no time were we ever pressured to buy it immediately. Tom stayed in contact for any questions we had and made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly, even if it meant having the service department look it over. While we only dealt with Tom directly for the purchase, we did also chat with other staff including the two owners and they were all incredibly easy to talk to. We've found our permanent dealership.

We leased this vehicle in 2015 and enjoyed it very much. Average gas milage with the 3.6 V6 AWD was around 26 mpg highway and 19 mpg city. 28,000 mile of driving only one service appointment (other than oil changes) for a bad injector. A loaner was provided by GM.
What a great team and place to buy a car! Due to a cross country move I was tight on funds but after working with Robert and Ken I left with a beautiful 2014 Nissan Sentra and not only did I not have to put money down, they offered me a great deal to help keep my payments at a doable rate. I have not had people help out so much and really care like this in a long time. I left with a huge smile and a gorgeous car that runs purrrfectly! Also, thanks to Sonny for staying late and working out the finishing details with us!
Everyone was very pleasant and even the Salesmen's were very pleasant and easy to talk to and did not pursue a sales anymore when told that I was just looking and gave me the information I was looking for.
