I was a hundred miles from home and 200 miles from my starting point when my BMW blew a tire. It was a holiday and I was in the middle of nowhere with all service closed. I called the BMW 800 number and thankfully they towed my car to BMW of Bloomington. I received a call Tuesday morning and learned I had to get new tires and they also performed the regular maintenance. I was concerned and surprised because my car had just been in my BMW service center for maintenance in July. I never thought once that my tires were bad. BMW 800 service got me a LIFT ride home, 110 miles with a wonderful BMW driver that told me Bloomington BMW was the best.
I had no idea how I would get my car home. I asked Jeremy for ideas when he called me. When my car was complete with new tires, break service and who knows what else, Jeremy called me with a plan. Ed Jackson drove my car to my door over a 100 miles away followed by another driver who drove them both back to Bloomington. I don't know much about cars and I rely on my dealer and the service to guide me and keep me safe. I'm so grateful that my catastrophy happened near Bloomington. You haven't seen the last of me.
I bought a used car from Paul Draper at Sam Leman in Morton IL. What a seemless process. He was knowledgeable and so friendly. No pressure at all. The finance guy was great too !! I highly recommend going there to buy a car and ask for Paul!!
Kori is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and is a great technology resource as vehicles continue to become compatible to outside technology devices. He is patient in answering questions and gives you plenty of time to xxxxx all options to make a decision. I wasn't planning on getting a new car, but I hit a deer and totaled my car. ( The deer survived ). It was a cold day when I was looking around different dealerships. Scotty was the only person to come outside to see if I needed help. He asked me what I wanted, and what features I wanted. He found a Terrain that met my wish list, and I test drove it. I felt very comfortable asking any questions I had about the car. After purchasing my Terrrain, Scotty got the GMC app on my phone and explained the controls inside of the car. Scotty even text me the next day to make sure everything was going ok with my car. He made the whole process very stress free.
Scotty was amazing to work with. He even braved the snow with me on a test drive! Everyone was very helpful and made the car buying experience easy, while answering any questions we had and keeping us informed. Manager Matt came in on his day off to ensure everything went smoothly and that we understood the paperwork. Would definitely work with Scotty and the team again in the future.

I've never had as good experience buying a car as I had with Lighthouse. I was looking at a vehicle from out of state, but the responsiveness from the dealership was outstanding. I worked primarily with Keith, but everyone I dealt with there was outstanding. There's a reason why they've had such success selling to out-of-state customers: they make the customer feel at home. I hope to be able to buy another vehicle there in the future.
Every time I go to the Quick Lube or Dealership its a clean environment, awesome job on the cleanliness. Everybody is always polite and welcoming.
