Professionalism of all the staff members that we encountered starting from the drive-up to our Sales Representative. The work was completed on time, the appointment was accurate and the allotted time for the service was precise. We were extremely satisfied with the service rendered.
I bought this terrain for my mom she brought it in to get the tires checked and while they had it they checked absolutely everything for her topped off all of her fluids gave her a car wash and treated her like she was a queen I am very thankful for that I recommend you to everybody and so does she you are a very wonderful company and I am very proud to call you my company when I get ready to buy another vehicle I will be back and we were commanded you to all of our friends are family everybody we know we have recommended you and will continue to do so
I brought the car in for an issue that I had misunderstood and the service adviser was exceptionally nice and professional. He explained how the mechanism worked and that the bulb that had been replaced fixed the issue.
Person met me out side told her my problem and my stress and she calmed my fears that after eval she would give me the best option. Time was a concern because I had an ill family member. She had me taken home and call reported problem then when finished had me picked back up. That pleased me.
I went in looking for a used car didn’t know what do ask for it even what I was looking for. From the time I walked in tell the time I left felt like they really cared about what I was looking for and not just trying to sell a car.

Our salesman Brian Swaim was fantastic. He listened to and addressed every want and concern we had. He was very professional and will come very highly recommended. My repair was recall related and I was in and out in an hour. When I tried having the work done first at Sewell in Dallas (where I bought it) they had my car for a large part of the day, gave me a loaner, and when I returned to the dealership, they told me the part had been put into another car and I would have to come back! I said 'no way' and booked my appointment with y'all shortly thereafter. Thanks for taking such good care of me!
From the welcoming/warm door opening.....Clint Buckhanon offered superior service. We never felt that Clint was "selling" us a vehicle; instead we felt he was educating us and being attentive to our desires. Thank you Clint! Additionally, we had a very pleasant experience with Brian (Finance), Sabrina (Sales) and Jermaine (Finance).

James Black was excellent showing me vehicles and I wasn't rushed. There was no changing of the prices and they had exactly what was advertised online. Everyone was very professional and I will be back for my next purchase
I was amazed with the courtesy provided this dealership. I was expecting to get a ride home until they completed the repairs on my car. Kathy asked me if I wanted a loaner car? I responded how much per day is it. She replied it’s free! I nearly spit my coffee out when I heard this. I said thank you to her.
The problem with my car the check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and the ran a test that revealed P0101. ITunes U videos showed this being an Mass Airfow Sensor as the cause of the problem. I had 29,300 miles on the car, thinking that it would cost me an arm and leg if I took the car to the dealership. I bought some MAS cleaner from autozone thinking I could fix this on my own. To make a long story short. I went ahead a took the car from the dealership. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Kathy said they would start the repair on Friday due to the holiday. On Friday around noon I received a call from Kathy and she told me I could pick the car up anytime before 7 PM.
At end of the conversation I had ask how was it going to cost me? I held my breath! All repairs were free! Yes Free!
I went to pickup my car and and came home a happy man.
Today is sad that more businesses doesn’t that type of service! I appreciate Nissan dealership in Lewisville their staff for making my day just a little bit better. If the scale was 100 I would them 100 stars for the courtesy, professionalism and desire to give quality service to the people who bought cars from them.
Kathy should a get raise for her excellent customer service and her professionalism. Rating. 100 stars!
