I took my vehicle in for repairs everything was done correctly and good customer service .but only thing kind concerning me was that I asked for help to the advisor in the corner for help and his was rude to tell me wait for your advisor. That was no the answer I was looking for it and yea he was took busy texting. I m sorry that put a flaw to into the good service.
Bought a used car. Came from out of town and drive 100 miles to dealer location. Everything went well with the purchase. Financing agent explain all the details of the sale. We felt no pressure and was dealt with honestly.
I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.
My Salesperson was Muhammad Moghul, very honest. I would consider buying another car from him. Car was everything I was expecting and more. He took the time to walk me through everything and make sure I was comfortable with the car. All I can say is I would buy another car from this dealership and yes I would definitely recommend them to a friend! I LOVE MY NEW CAR (Cadillac XT5)

This was the best car buying experience! I came to the dealership knowing the exact vehicle and features that I wanted and Ron was able to sense that and did not try to "up-sale" me. He didn't push another more expensive vehicle like other dealers will try to do. He was great about checking that the vehicle had all the things it should have, such as all floor mats, manuals and headsets and remotes. He gave me a thorough introduction to all the buttons and features of my new car. He even got OnStar on the line to initiate my service. The finance person, Russ, was really nice and helpful too. He never tried to push me into buying the extended warranty (although I did purchase it). He just explained what it would cover and let me decide what was best for me. I have to say that everything about this dealership impressed me. The people are helpful, very knowledgeable and just plain nice! Without a doubt I would purchase a future vehicle with them.
I visited Lehmer's to look at a used car and ended up buying a brand new one! The Sales person (I think his name was Jose) was not pushy at all and was very honest about each of the cars I looked at. I'm not exactly easy to work with, but he was patient and made himself relatable.
I have had my vehicle serviced twice since purchasing it last April. All of my experiences with Lehmers employees has been enjoyable. Service has been great to deal with and I am looking forward to my next visit
We hate shopping for new cars!!! That???s why purchasing our 2019 Bolt from Putnam GM was such a singular pleasure. Getting the price on the car we wanted was done extremely quickly over the phone and by email with Ramin Asbaghi, the Internet Manager. He is a great guy, not pushy, and easy to communicate with. And the price was the best of 4-5 dealerships we contacted. The financial paperwork with Doug took all of 15 minutes and we were on our way. As good as it gets dealing with car dealerships!
Went into get an oil change and it took almost 3 hours. They found a recall and took care of that but there was no communication as to what the recall was. I had to ask and even after asking I didn’t get a very clear understanding of what that recall entailed.
This is the second car we buy from this dealership with the amazing assistance of Kevin, who always goes above & beyond to get us what we are looking for. He's very knowledgeable and his confidence makes the whole experience excellent from beginning to end.
Our Service Advisor was kind and very helpful. Went above and beyond, very understanding about our concerns and situation.
