Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Truck shopping was never so easy... Jesse was great and understood that my purchase was for utility not looking fancy. Having had experience with farm life growing up he was able to answer any questions I had and reassured me on my choice of vehicle and options.
Jennifer in Finance was another great member of the Clyde Revord team. She was quick knowledgeable and made paperwork fun... as someone who works in accounting I know how difficult this can be.

Signed papers watching the Seahawks play the Rams and headed home with my new/ used car in no time at all. Definitely appreciate the welcoming feeling i received from all.
I went in to test drive a new car and learn about GMC rebates. The salesman Steve and manager Joe were so helpful in clearly informing me and answering any questions I had. I left with a brand new car at a great price with a excellent warranty. I was given full instruction and shown how to use all the amazing features on my new car. I love the car and feel beyond confident I made an excellent choice due to all the help

Saul was a sweetheart. Young guy who's learning the ropes. He was guided by an obviously experienced and respectful manager who didn't let me get away with anything, but was willing to give a little. Generally a good experience on a not very comfortable process of negotiating on a car deal. Good folks.
I just bought my second preowned car at Seaview, under the same circumstances: old car needed repairs that couldn't be justified by the value (we tend to drive them into the ground). Both times we found vehicles that worked in our budget, absolutely no pressure and lots of help, and an easy, quick deal and finish. Steve was a low-key, very helpful sales person, and Mr. Carr handled the financing as smoothly and as friendly as he always does (and is). We've used Seaview for auto repairs, too, and never been disappointed. This is once again a thoroughly pleasant experience.
We travel throughout the US and needed an oil change, recall service work done and had our engine needs service light come on for a transmission issue. They got us in quickly, took care of all our service needs, helped us with rides to and from the dealership. Highly recommend this dealership.
I found the perfect low mileage used truck for a price that was very fair, even a bit under the local market. The buying process was easy with little pressure and they honored the price I saw on the web a few days before, even though apparently internet prices can/do fluctuate daily. They must have seen the higher pricing elsewhere :)
The trade-in offer was a little light but I wasn't really planning to do that anyway, and they did their best to meet my target.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
