My husband and I went to this dealership to test drive a Buick Encore. I was interested in a small SUV/cross over vehicle since I sometimes commute long distances for work. I did not anticipate purchasing a vehicle that particular day, I just wanted to test drive it so I can have some options. As we arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted by salesman Anthony Gioia. He was very understanding of the fact that we were just test driving a vehicle to narrow down our options. He asked us specific questions about what we were interested in and he showed us the Encore. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle and all its perks. Anthony was not a typical salesman. He didn't force the issue about trying to make a sale. He treated us like we had been long lost friends that were reconnecting. The entire experience was something that I didn't nor would expect from a dealership and it was so relaxing that we decided to purchase the vehicle right there on the spot. I would definately recommend going to Coggin Buick of Orange Park and asking for Anthony Gioia for all your purchasing needs. He is a great guy and treats you like family. We will definitely go back whenever my husband is ready to upgrade his truck. Tell Anthony the Mitchell's sent you to see him.

It took most of the afternoon but our Salesman Anthony Gioia kept us busy with the test ride, stories and just pleasant conversation. Ghassan Korkmaz assured us he was taking care of the financial side of the deal and was Very personable. Before we knew what was happening we were ready to drive home in our new truck. Everyone did a great job.

In my opinion worst car ever bought. Makes a noise in the transmission nor the dealership or GM want to do anything they say it's normal and that they can't do anything
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Beautiful styling; nice interior with comfortable seats and capable infotainment system. Wish it would download contacts through Bluetooth without usb with apple CarPlay. Great acceleration.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Harris Was very helpful, and quick to get us in and out. :) I was a little undecided between two cars and he helped me to figure out which would best suit myself and family.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.

Gage provide excellent service when a pre-travel maintenance was done on our 2017 Enclave; COMPLETELY SATISFIED on that experience. We had a very nice trip to Sevierville TN and no worries because we knew the vehicle was well taken care of by Garber staff.

We love our new car. Its spacious with lots of upgrades. Very stylish and comfortable to be in. Love it. Never owned a gmc til now. We've been missing out.
brought my truck in for an oil change. the service was done in a reasonable time. I was disappointed that my oil sensor was not reset yet again. the last time it was reset was January 2016 and I have had my oil changed several times since then. my monthly report keeps saying I am pass due service even though I just had it done 2 weeks ago.

My husband had been wanting a Terrain for years and this did not disappoint! We all love the style, it rides great and it has so much room. The dealership was amazing in every single way. I don't think he will ever go somewhere else or switch from a Terrain.
