Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.
I brought my vehicle in for a repair and I was pleased with the courtesy and friendliness the service staff accorded me. I felt like I was being taken care of and that my problem was being resolved. During my wait the service advisor made sure I was apprised of the work being done and also future concerns. The whole start-to-finish process was a delight and I will make sure I continue to give this dealership future business. The mechanic did an excellent job on the repair as well. Very happy overall!
Three years ago when I got my car it was the worlds most horrible experience. I cried and had anxiety attacks in the showroom and it took them three months to get everything right as the salesman messed everything up.
Fast forward to today: Al, my new friend, was my salesperson and so patient as I feel like I looked in every truck and test drove half of them. He and I talked to each other about the state of the US and the world, we connected as we talked about religion, love, patience, family and caring for humanity. Mike the manager was the nicest guy, the kinda guy that always gets invited to every party and still hangs out with his college buddies. Just an awesome guy overall. Both went above and beyond to help me get into a truck from my SUV.
If you are in the market for a vehicle, I can't recommend Auto Nation GMC enough. Seriously. Amazing experience. Hands down.
Oh, and I bought a truck!
This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I had my 2018 GMC Sierra in for service and need to have an additional key made for the vehicle. I had inquired previously about it and was told it was in the neighborhood of $60-70 dollars. This was pricey but fine. However when checking out, I was informed it would be $131 dollars. I had to one full hour of labor to make one key. I find this outrageous and totally unacceptable. I have serious doubts that I will return for service any further. I understand they have to set up the computer to cut the new style keys, but give me a break, one hour of labor! Thanks and guess I will see you another time.
I had a wonderful experience start to finish!!! Wonderful dealership and I highly recommend this business. Very honest, efficient, fair, and friendly!! I could not be happier or more satisfied with my purchase experience!!!
I always received great service at King, which is why I have purchased several cars from them over the years. It is true that the dealer knows more about their car than most others. My visit was for a regular oil change, which included a coupon which always helps. They pointed out that my cabin filter and engine filter should be changed, too. They were right as I try to replace them on schedule an I knew I was behind. I planned to replace the cabin filter on my own, but when looking at the location, I knew it would take me a couple of hours to get the right tools together and get it done properly. The service manager gave me an incentive to let King take care of it and I was happy to agree. Of course, my car was ready as expected and included a free car wash.
Brian was great to work with no pressure to buy, Told him what i wanted and he was great at making it happen, He wants me to call if any problems so that we are happy, Paper work was quick and painless, Love my new Yukon Denali,
