I spent several weeks looking at new vehicles at various dealerships knowing what I wanted and what was in my budget. I found this dealership. I had been to visit and emailed several as well. They all told me they would get back to me and only one did a week later( after I had already bought from Colonial GMC). Patricia was awesome and understood what I wanted and was understandable of my budget. They found the perfect vehicle for me within my budget and not one time tried to persuade me to increase it. I am a small business owner and appreciate GREAT customer service. They will be my dealership from now on. Hopefully they will be yours too.
Perry and Jasmine were fantastic. Perry was quick to great us and ask what we were looking for. He provided options and was not pushy. Once we agreed on purchase Perry referred us to Jasmine in finance. She listened to our wishes in regards to our financing options and made recommendations off of what we???re asking for only. It was a wonderful experience and will come back again!!!
There were moments where we were about to walk out of the dealership but they worked really hard to turn around the sale and make the numbers work. John was a great salesmen who worked hard to resolve issues and make the sale happen. He worked hard to show us multiple vechile options for us to test drive and pick from.
Jim Ellis and his team did a awesome job, helping us get the vehicle and financing , they even made a special trip to out home to finish things up ! I greatly appreciated that ! Would recommend them to anyone !
Scott Bergstrom and Tom Rickard went above and beyond to get my car fixed and made sure I had a car to drive. They made me feel like a valued customer. I will always have my Yukon serviced at the dealership because of those two people.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I hate dealerships and I typically try to buy private party when I can but Carl Black has changed my opinion on the entire experience. I couldn???t find what I wanted anywhere until I found Carl Black. The sales team is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and knew I was being treated fairly. The used car selection top quality, not like those pop up stores you see lined down the street.... Matt Hernandez in used cars was very up front and Eric in finance found me a better rate than even my own bank would offer. A++ will be a repeat customer.
