By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.

I've had dozens of excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service work over a 16 year period. ALWAYS treated like a valued customer, ALWAYS treated with respect and kindness. In return, I have also treated them exactly the same. No bad experiences here at all, unlike Crowley in Forestville, who took my money and gave me the WORST experience in car service in my entire 58 years. Stephens is a cut above the rest. Organized, professional and articulate. Biggest mistake I made was not buying my new car at Stephens. I've never had one single bad experience.
Being from Waterbury I have many choices here, but saw a vehicle on line that interested me. Took a ride just to see it and Vin came out, didn???t pressure me just talked awhile then took it for a long ride, not just down the street. Really got the feel of it. I liked it so we worked some numbers, gave me more for my trade in than I thought I would get. Worked out great.
Roger located a truck for us in hours! It was exactly what we were looking for! The entire process was fast and without incident! Len and the finance team were just as awesome! Thanks to Northwest Hills!
TJ went above and beyond from locating the vehicle while we were five+ hours away, starting the paperwork and assisting with financing. The dealership worked well with us including delivering the vehicle and going above and beyond with the registration process. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from TJ and Sullivan's.
This is the third time I have returned to NWH Sullivans Dealership and each time has been a better experience. Everyone I have dealt with has been terrific the team works great together. Vin has been my point man and although he certainly doesnt have to he almost creates a concierge service that you just could not find anywhere else.
We love our Acadia, it was the right car for us. If it wasn???t for Allen???s patience and listening to what we wanted in a car, I never would have thought of the Acadia. That???s what makes a great experience! Everyone was helpful and took the stress out of the experience. We had fun, and we were excited to have a beautiful new car. I think that???s , what the way it should be when you buy a car.
Everyone at Sullivan's Northwest Hills was great. I worked with Vin. He listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect fit. He explained the whole entire process to me and made the experience of such a big purchase comfortable. He has great energy and made the process easier.
I was in need of a newer and reliable vehicle, I had researched your used car's online. I found one that I really liked. When I spoke to Bill I told him that I had a minimum monthly payment. While taking the car for a test drive, Chris in finance got to work on getting me approved for a loan. Not once did either of them make me feel pressured into buying a car that I couldn't afford with a much bigger payments. Not only did I get approved but I purchased a car that I wanted and my monthly payments and interest rate was lower than originally anticipated. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle with no pressure! I got to drive my new car home the same night. It's a good feeling knowing I have a safe and reliable vehicle now thanks to Chris and Bill. I would recommend your dealership to anyone needing a new car.
This is my second time buying a car from Bill Anastasio my Sales Consultant is great at what he does. So much so that I followed him to Scranton Motors from another place closer to me. He takes his time to listen to my needs and budget and makes the numbers work for me. Thanks Bill you have a customer for life.

Changing of the Guard! ---I witness the renewing of talent at Scranton. BRAVO. What might be the most difficult task for a transition of management --- the transition of service! I have a nearly unique view of Scranton. My wife and I traded a Jaguar for a Cadillac in 1980 +/-. We have purchased a car from Scranton every few years since.
