Bought a used car through Cars.com. The entire experience was superlative. Steve was very helpful confirming details about the car before a long drive to the dealership. Perry did an excellent job taking care of us when we arrived at the dealership, and was very understanding when we took a prolonged test drive. The finance department had all of the documentation prepared and ready for us to sign, so the buying process was beyond efficient. I can’t imagine things going more smoothly. If only all car buying experiences were this easy!
I went in looking for a used car didn’t know what do ask for it even what I was looking for. From the time I walked in tell the time I left felt like they really cared about what I was looking for and not just trying to sell a car.

Our salesman Brian Swaim was fantastic. He listened to and addressed every want and concern we had. He was very professional and will come very highly recommended. Jeremaine Pearson and Bryan Uranga in the finance office also did an amazing job working with us to come to an agreement on our dream vehicle.
My repair was recall related and I was in and out in an hour. When I tried having the work done first at Sewell in Dallas (where I bought it) they had my car for a large part of the day, gave me a loaner, and when I returned to the dealership, they told me the part had been put into another car and I would have to come back! I said 'no way' and booked my appointment with y'all shortly thereafter. Thanks for taking such good care of me!
From the welcoming/warm door opening.....Clint Buckhanon offered superior service. We never felt that Clint was "selling" us a vehicle; instead we felt he was educating us and being attentive to our desires. Thank you Clint! I went into the dealership just to see if I wanted to get a new truck. About an hour later I was driving away in my new GMC Sierra. That was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ozzie the GM was awesome and you could tell he appreciated me for coming in. Seth was my salesman and he was just as awesome. I have bought many (too many) vehicles in my day and Freeman was by far the best. Bill in finance was great also. No pressure to buy this, add on that, or anything. Just great folks selling great trucks. I HIGHLY recommend Freeman GMC in Grapevine!

My experience with Freeman Buick GMC was a breeze. I was helped the moment I walked in. I was in and out in less than 2 hours which is the shortest amount of time that I’ve ever spent at a dealership. From the sales department to the finance department the employees were friendly and extremely helpful.
From beginning to end I had a favorable experience buying a used car. I was met at the door by Les who found the car and took me for a test drive - really enjoyed his casual manner telling about the family-owned dealership. We agree on a price and I met Manny who took me through the financial paperwork. My 13 year old granddaughter had come for the test drive and was a captive audience. Manny interacted with her as much as he did with me. She enjoyed the entire process as did I.
Les and Manny were positive, helpful and were straight up with me. I am grateful for the car and the memories of how I acquired it!
Well I went in for an oil change and was there for three hours because when I had my tire fixed at another location they stripped the nuts and bolts on my tire. The process to get that taken care of was longer than I anticipated but they had excellent customer service. Im so thankful the issue was caught and fixed!
Our salesman, Scott Wilson, was fantastic. We are in our 70's and we told him what we were looking for. He went above and beyond to find and get it for us. We had a medical emergency during the looking and buying process and he took care of everything. When I came out of the hospital he had everything ready for us to take possession of the vehicle he had found for us. Wish there was a place to mark 10 stars for the salesman
because he deserves 10 + stars.
