Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.
I brought my vehicle in for a repair and I was pleased with the courtesy and friendliness the service staff accorded me. I felt like I was being taken care of and that my problem was being resolved. During my wait the service advisor made sure I was apprised of the work being done and also future concerns. The whole start-to-finish process was a delight and I will make sure I continue to give this dealership future business. The mechanic did an excellent job on the repair as well. Very happy overall!
This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.
We came in on Sunday afternoon, knowing which car we wanted to buy. Mr. Jay had us test drive the car, calmly and clearly presented various options, and had us out of the store with our new car within a few hours. The entire operation was smooth, non-loud, and very efficient.
I had my 2018 GMC Sierra in for service and need to have an additional key made for the vehicle. I had inquired previously about it and was told it was in the neighborhood of $60-70 dollars. This was pricey but fine. However when checking out, I was informed it would be $131 dollars. I had to one full hour of labor to make one key. I find this outrageous and totally unacceptable. I have serious doubts that I will return for service any further. I understand they have to set up the computer to cut the new style keys, but give me a break, one hour of labor! Thanks and guess I will see you another time.

Got an appointment within a reasonable time. Upon arrival, my Enclave was taken immediately and the problem was diagnosed within 45 minutes. The rear evaporator was leaking and required replacement. It was replaced under warranty with no charge to me. The service manager also noticed that the car was due for inspection soon and and was inspected at my direction. No hassle, great service!
I was emailing sait for a few weeks. As soon as we arrived at the dealership he made us feel welcome , he is a Super friendly. Paper work was super quick. Walked out there with a new car quicker then what it took me to walk into place.
