There were moments where we were about to walk out of the dealership but they worked really hard to turn around the sale and make the numbers work. John was a great salesmen who worked hard to resolve issues and make the sale happen. He worked hard to show us multiple vechile options for us to test drive and pick from.
I just bought a cream puff 2001 dodge pick up with only 26,000 miles on it. It could not have been any closer to what I wanted and in much better shape than I could have ever anticipated. Victoria was so helpful and kind through it all and I thank her for her help. I love my new buggy and I am so lucky to have found such a quality truck.

Dale was so great to work with when buying my new (pre owned) car! My husband and I came in with a budget and Dale worked to find a car in our price range but also with the features we wanted! I was in the market for a new GMC for the past month. I had looked at several dealerships around MA. I was very specific with what I wanted. Most of the dealerships couldn't find me what I wanted. Others that could had outrageous prices. Ken at Vendetti found me what I wanted and more for cheaper than everywhere else. He also took the time to go over every single feature of the truck before I left. I will be going back and highly recommend them.
Buying a car can certainly be a hassle, but my husband and I had a great experience @ Prime. Our salesman, Phelan, worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we were happy with. He responded to our questions via text and email promptly and was extremely personable, even agreeing to a Fortnite danceoff with my 9 year-old. Although we live over an hour away from the dealership, we will certainly look to Prime when purchasing our next vehicle.
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Tim was the only dealer willing to work with my schedule. When I asked him for rough numbers I didn’t get the typical xxxxxxxx you get from the Larry h millers and Peterson about “just come in”. Tim and Kendall were respectful of my time and I will definitely recommend and shop there again.!
Outstanding sales person award should go to Haley Botz . I saw one truck online and she pretty much had a deal together before I left for a 4 hour drive . She did so much work negotioting for me without even knowing if I would come buy the truck. Then when I got there I saw another truck that caught my eye , she was amazing with her attitude and went back to helping me with negotioting a fair price for us and her company . She has a way of creating a deal with out the" pushy sales pitch " because her attitude was amazing I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her .
