I'm generally not a review leaver but I just felt so compelled to share my experience. I genuinely cannot say enough about how much Josh at T&T made this car buying experience so enjoyable, easy, and comfortable. He is so patient, passionate about his work, and extremely knowledgeable. Best experience I've ever had with a dealership service department! Michelle and Jack picked up my car and returned it to me!! Friendly, clean, pleasant and competent. So rare these days. I would recommend them highly, especially over Freehold Buick. Freehold Buick tried to rip me off on several occasions. They lied to me and were disrespectful. I'll never go back to Freehold Buick, but look forward to working with Jim Curley Buick of Keyport in the future. Thanks so much.

Not good at first, I had to take my vehicle back twice

Spent almost two hours in the showroom looking at a Terrain—no rush, no pressure. Came and went, took photos, tried the seats. When I finally asked for help, the manager brought the car up front so I wouldn’t have to walk through the rain—and even offered coffee.

Wasn’t planning to buy, just stopped in to look—then I sat in a Buick Encore GX and was sold. Sharp display, snappy multimedia, and that subtle turbo whistle during acceleration? Love it.

As always I was treated great. I asked for a few extra things to be done. Service manager is always helpful. The sales and service department people are always ready to help you. I will be leasing my 4th vehicle come September. P.B.

I had a very good experience dealing with Jim Curley. Sales person, Carlos Martinez, was knowledgable and helpful. Big John is good down to earth person. They definitely break the mold of "typical" auto dealerships. I bought a used vehicle and feel like it was a brand new purchase. Vehicle is in perfect condition, in fact truck came with trial subscription to Sirius radio. And Jim Curley sent a voucher for a free oil change, even though they had already changed the oil for the sale. Plus they fixed some items on the truck that other dealerships would of put on me to fix. I can go on and on of the bad experiences at other dealerships. Jim Curley definitely has my business.

Bought a Buick Envision Avenir here last year—best value for the money. Suspension feels like you’re floating, especially on I-95. They gifted me rear window tint and embroidered mats—not even in the configurator. Just a nice surprise from the manager.

Got the Sierra 1500 AT4 because I wanted something with power—and this thing is a beast. The exhaust note never gets old. What impressed me was the five-day trade-in price lock. I needed time to talk with my brother, and they honored it. Even threw in a factory bedliner.

I came in for a door rattle, and the work order actually listed “900g anti-squeak in right weather strip.” Not even part of their standard pricing, but the $14.80 matched what I saw on their site. After the fix, they gave me the old seal in a bag—proof it was done right.

Great service and service department is awesome. Great communication with the service department keep you informed as your car is being serviced. Not pushing to sell you other services like other places do. Only recommendations if needed.
