200 miles from home on vacation I had my new Acadia towed to Aransas Autoplex due to a steering failure. Nancy in the service department went above and beyond to help me, she had a service tech look at it right away to try and diagnose the issue. She also went out of her way helping to set up a rental and offering a courtesy ride to get a meal while I waited. Fortunately I did not need either as the mechanic found the issue and was able to fix it so I could take my vehicle the same day. The issue was bad craftsmanship from a different dealer that serviced a transmission issue two weeks prior. I would truly consider driving 200 miles in the future to by a new vehicle from this dealer based off the service I received from Nancy and the mechanic!!

Got transportation to home while repairs were being made with a nice guy. The repair was not as scary as I thought it would be.

I made a deal over the phone then drove 5 hours from another state to pick up. I spent less than an hour in the dealership. The whole process was amazing.

I give Ray my Super Man Mechanic that gets it right every time and if something goes wrong he is right there to stand behind his work and make it right! No arguments just how can I help - how can we make it work Mr or Mrs. Not only that they take the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle! This team is focused, emphatic, and passionate about what they do (taking care of the customer). I can?t say enough! I thank God for guiding me to the team and to Mandal GMC and Buick. My 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ, 4x4, with a 6.2 liter has over 350,000 miles on it - it still has the original motor, transmission and drivetrain; but not the original tires, brakes or oil (those things gotta be changed you know - it is called upkeep). My truck still runs like or better than it did the day I bought it brand new! I?m grateful to have met this group of people that Love what they do - helping peoplej Oh great Coffee!

I found the vehicle on the internet on Saturday and contacted the sales person to schedule an appointment to look at the vehicle on Monday morning. It was exactly as described with available car fax and all necessary information. I liked the Denali very much, purchased it and drove it home Monday afternoon. About 2 months ago I went to the dealership for an oil change. Have an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. around 12 want to go see the service adviser asking where my car was at, he went to go To find out where my vehicle was at. It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.
