Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
Even though the heading on this post is "Almost" I would like to recommend this dealership with full and high regards. The staff that is in place here starting with Jae Chong, and Brian Farrell and finally Lisa Sweet are exemplary! I did not buy a vehicle from them, but not for any reason focusing on the Dealership, the staff, or the vehicle I went in looking to purchase. These folks treat you with the utmost respect, and have the customer in mind yet at the same time trying their very best to find a compromise to fit the needs of the consumer. I would highly recommend any potential buyer to be sure to look at Chambers Motor Cars of Natick at the first stop in the process. They have high quality, low mileage vehicles at reasonable prices. We had a great experience at Tully GMC. Our Salesman Kelvin Rodriguez was very personable and as we told him, he was the only car salesperson from any dealership who actually knew the vehicle when we asked questions. He told us he had only been working at Tulley less than 2 months which impressed us with all the knowledge he had on the Acadia. He certainly is a salesperson who goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Overall it was our 4th leasing experience but our lst with GMC and it was the easiest dealership by far to work with. We never waited very long any time whether it was with Kelvin or the Sales Manager Mark Pike and even the Business Manager Anthony Lake. This leasing experience the quickest and easiest we have ever had. We have recommended Tully Buick GMC to our friends and am sure they will also have a great experience with the professional staff.
Our salesman for buying an EV was Anthony Masone, ultra-competent, non-pressuring, a deft guide throughout the process, not to mention highly affable. And offered candy at his desk to boot! Thanks, Tony, for all your help, leading to a happy ending: a beautiful, brandnew EV (Chevrolet Bolt).
This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. He was very personable and certainly made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. We would highly recommend David and all of the Michaud TEAM to any perspective car buyers. (In fact, we have already referred him to our daughter and son-in-law!)

In this case I went in for an oil change and drove off with a new car. Needed major repairs on the old car, so decided to inquire about a new one. Because they have built such a great rapport over the years, they know me and what I want. A few questions, a quick test drive, some paperwork, a handshake, and off I went in my new 2017 Lacrosse.
I trust this dealership. It continues to be a family run business, which is hard to come by these days. The Vendetti's know their vehicles, but more importantly, they know their customer.
I was in the market for a new GMC for the past month. I had looked at several dealerships around MA. I was very specific with what I wanted. Most of the dealerships couldn't find me what I wanted. Others that could had outrageous prices. Ken at Vendetti found me what I wanted and more for cheaper than everywhere else. He also took the time to go over every single feature of the truck before I left. I will be going back and highly recommend them.
My current vehicle is the fourth I've purchased from Vendetti Motors, so I'd say I'm a satisfied customer! The staff has always gone out of their way to provide great service, and the owners/management are pleasant and reliable. It seems to be a very trustworthy dealership, and they let their customers know they're appreciated.
