Went in on Black Friday for the advertised deals, zero finance or rebates. Worked with Paul Macchi on my first new truck purchase in 17yrs. Paul was professional and courteous throughout the process. Paul clearly explained the numbers and the benefits of both the rebates and zero financing. Paid what I thought was a good price and would definitely recommend Imperial and ask for Paul Macchi.
Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
My experience is always pleasant when I bring my car into King Cadillac. I find the service department helpful and they always take the time to explain things to me about my car that I can understand the way they present

This was a 2hr ride for me to King. Well worth it! This family owned dealership treats you like one of their own. The showroom and lot aren't flashy, their salesman not stuffy or slimey, and their approach is not pushy. The King family puts their time and effort into the customer and making good fair deals. Their local trades seem to be super clean and well maintained (why I drove across the state). Even when in negotiations the sales staff didn't get aggressive, acknowledged and validated every point I made, and were truly there to make a good deal for both sides. If King were closer to me they would have my vehicle service business too. We didn’t really expect to make a purchase right away but as soon as we saw the Audi SQ5 in person - for a great price, we just had to have it. Our sales guy, Jason H. was very patient and helpful. In this case I went in for an oil change and drove off with a new car. Needed major repairs on the old car, so decided to inquire about a new one. Because they have built such a great rapport over the years, they know me and what I want. A few questions, a quick test drive, some paperwork, a handshake, and off I went in my new 2017 Lacrosse.
I trust this dealership. It continues to be a family run business, which is hard to come by these days. The Vendetti's know their vehicles, but more importantly, they know their customer.
I was in the market for a new GMC for the past month. I had looked at several dealerships around MA. I was very specific with what I wanted. Most of the dealerships couldn't find me what I wanted. Others that could had outrageous prices. Ken at Vendetti found me what I wanted and more for cheaper than everywhere else. He also took the time to go over every single feature of the truck before I left. I will be going back and highly recommend them.
I ran in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Service was very friendly, quick and efficient, although the tech didnt reprogram my tire sensors. Normally this wouldnt be a big deal but with the weather change one of the sensors advised of a low tire pressure a few days later and I kept checking that tire for a few days and it was fine. I went to a local tire store to have it checked. They found a different tire was low and I was charged for service. Turned out I was simply looking at the wrong tire.
Another excellent customer service experience! Wednesday, September 19, on my way grocery shopping when backing out our 2010 Chevy Impala out of the garage got a warning on the dash that the left front tire pressure was at 18 psi and need to be inflated. Getting out of the car noticed a nail in the side wall. Without an appointment went straight to the Herb Connolly Chevrolet. Even though I had an appointment for the following morning September 20 for a LO&F and sticker on short notice John Concetti, our long term and trusted service adviser as usual quickly took the car in for service and arranged a ride home for me. The next day John called arranging a pick from my home and by the next afternoon I was on my way with a new tire, a LO&F as well as a sticker!. The Herb Connolly Chevrolet Dealership has a true family feeling. Over the years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night John always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. John Concetti, our service adviser is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. John has been our service contact with at this dealership and has been were very helpful over the years. I always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and John paid personnel attention to every service detail. John is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership. After the sale service is the key!
Dale was so great to work with when buying my new (pre owned) car! My husband and I came in with a budget and Dale worked to find a car in our price range but also with the features we wanted! I am so happy driving my car every day! They gave me money for my very, very used car and I drove off the lot that day with my brand new car. The day after I bought the car the check oil light came in and Dale got me into service quickly and I didn???t have to pay anything to get it checked.

Me and my husband bought a 2010 honda crv from here and so far the car is great we even brought the car in to fix a back light that went out and they took care of it. Leigh went above and beyond in helping me and my husband. She was freindly and orginized. All of their cars are clean and well tooken care of. Little room with negotating car price but they do put in alot of work in their cars.
