My Husband and I had stopped by Cargill Chevy late Saturday evening during Memorial Day weekend to check out an suv we were very interested in. We didn’t really expect to make a purchase right away but as soon as we saw the Audi SQ5 in person - for a great price, we just had to have it. Our sales guy, Jason H. was very patient and helpful. He had made the process very “pain free” and there was no pressure at all towards purchasing the vehicle, and also we love how everyone was very laid back there. Dale was so great to work with when buying my new (pre owned) car! My husband and I came in with a budget and Dale worked to find a car in our price range but also with the features we wanted! I am so happy driving my car every day! They gave me money for my very, very used car and I drove off the lot that day with my brand new car. Baker Cadillac was the third location we stopped at while shopping for a top quality, reliable yet affordable SUV. I really wish we went there first but as they always say, you can’t recognize good unless you’ve seen bad. The first two dealers we visited weren’t concerned about the customer experience but only the sale. Randy at Baker Cadillac was the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions with a patient cheerfulness that has left a lasting impression on me and my family!

I ended up with a dead battery this morning and AAA didn't have a battery available for my 2013 Chevy Spark so I googled for a nearby Chevy dealership to reach out to. Diamond was the closest. After a couple of phone calls, I managed to find out that the battery was in stock and that I could bring my car in as a walk-in to have it installed. After an hour waiting in the comfortable waiting area, my car was set.
Patrick, the service advisor I worked with, was fantastic explaining the costs and timeframe the installation would take.
Had a great experience buying my TRAX. Met "Butch" Latino as I walked into your facility. Had the greatest experience buying from him. I did not shop for a vehicle, Went to Diamond in Worcester (I live in Natick, former Worcester resident) and saw a Trax that I just fell in love with.) Perfect size, as I now am older and do not need a larger SUV. The staff at your facility are very knowledgable, friendly and accomodating. After I brought my Trax home, I stopped at my sisters to show her, she went to see Butch and came home with a beautiful blue new Trax. I certainly would return to Diamond when in need of another new vehicle. My sister said she would also return to Diamond for her next vehicle. Thanks Natick Joan
My days are busy and I can't make it to the dealership so I wind up dropping my truck off at night and when they call me to tell me it is finished I give them my credit card information over the phone they locked my keys in the truck they are very accommodating they're always Pleasant I've been going to talk for quite a few years. My wife took my truck in for an oil change and inspection sticker because I couldn't make it and she had time. She was very pleased with her experience saying the service advisors were very pleasant in fact she didn't even go sit in the waiting area she sat and talked to them
