My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer ‘we will make it happen’. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue. We owned three Subaru's and this purchase makes four. This was our third experience with Matt at Ramsey Auto Center. We shared with Matt what we were looking for in a new vehicle and he quickly found a car in their inventory that matched out wants. The purchase process was reasonably fast and not too painful. We've looked at other cars at other dealerships, but seem to be drawn to the quality and affordability of a Subaru, and Matt has continued to give us excellent service.
I buy a new truck every year and this was the first time I had bought from karl Chevrolet. I have nothing but great things to say about my salesman Alex Buck and Colton my delivery coordinator. They did a fantastic job. I will be coming back next year again because of these two.
I recently had the opportunity of doing business with Fred at Garvin Motors. I was interested in a vehicle they had posted on Cars.com that was over 16 years old with an unknown history. This also was one of there least expensive vehicles on their lot.
Fred took the time to make sure that this vehicle was going to be a good fit for my family. Prior to driving 10 hours, Fred provided me with service records, open and honest communication including the evaluation of condition ( which most sales folks would have lost the sale with the condition), and reassured me that it was mechanically sound.
I decided to trust this evaluation because of the incredible communications Fred provided. I made a 10 hour rd trip through WY in January to Cody, WY. Fred sent a service tech to the rental car place and drove me the final 30 mile leg of the trip.
The vehicle was exactly what was described with no hidden problems. This is one of the nicest vehicles I have driven. This was the best customer service experience I have ever been part of. Garvin motors was fast and professional with the paperwork and got me back on the road with a full tank of fuel. Thank you Fred and Garvin Motors for a great experience.
Came to test drive a Regal Tour X as it appeared that such a vehicle was most likely to meet our current wants and needs. Christian was most helpful and the test drive went well. Decided to wait for a vehicle (already on order) which seemed more likely to match our preferences. Informed promptly when it arrived, drove it an completed the purchase with dispatch, thanks to Christian and Jon.

They were able to provide me a detailed report of the history of the vehicle as it had been serviced there throughout its previous life. All questions I had were answered before I even arrived at the facility. The vehicle had all of the bells and whistles and worked flawlessly. The windshield was cracked and that was pointed out to me (even though I honestly didn't even notice it) prior to purchase. Very competitive pricing, even in comparison with much larger dealers in Des Moines.
Kori is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and is a great technology resource as vehicles continue to become compatible to outside technology devices. He is patient in answering questions and gives you plenty of time to xxxxx all options to make a decision. I found a car online and Gayle helped me with everything through email, which was the most convenient for me. It was a 4 hour drive for me and Gayle answered questions, took additional pictures and was able to give me a total cost upfront to help me decide if it was what I was looking for. He was very straightforward, honest and there was no hidden fees! When we arrived, the car was in better condition than I even expected, the tires were like new!
Highly recommend this dealer and Gayle, especially for people coming from a distance. No Games! All pricing and financing was confirmed before arrival. Car was accurately depicted. without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
This is a GREAT dealership to work with. My sales guy, Dillon, was terrific on the communication. I live 1200 miles away, and have bought many cars online... this was a Great Experience. The prices they offer on their inventory, during their special pricing sales are NOT beatable... and I searched the whole marketplace.
