Shea was really helpful to not just myself, but a friend of mine as well. I came to the dealership wanting to know what I needed to trade my car for a new one and he made me felt like my opinion matters and was very engaging and knowledgeable.
Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.

I was I need of a new vehicle. I called and was greeted by Tim Garrick. Tim was awesome to work with and he put us into the truck we wanted at a very great price. Soon after we purchased the vehicle we had a glitch that made the transmission shutter, (not a drivability issue). I made contact with Tim who immediately put me in touch with Jerry Griffis. Jerry was more than great to work with. He listened to my concerns and had my vehicle picked up at my work place. The vehicle was fixed in a very timely manner and dropped back off at my work. Jerry made certain that he answered all of my questions and did a follow up to make sure the truck was still running properly. I can???t say enough about how great Jerry and Tim were to work with. Thanks guys, you are a testament to how great a business White Bear Lake GMC is.

Cheryl Ruedy could not be more helpful and informative . When you ask questions or need information she goes the extra mile to get the correct answer in the details that you want . She made appointments and planned ahead for a vehicle I had being delivered so that a lot of extras and add-ons all got done in one day . That in itself is a miracle . Oh and she smiles even when giving you bad news. Anyone should enjoy the attention she gives.

This review is directed on behalf of our salesman, Mr. David Middleton. From our very first visit, Dave made my wife and me feel very comfortable. We knew when we walked in, this was the van for us. Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van. We went and left a few times to think about the buying of this van. There were no phone calls made by Dave asking unnecessary questions about a potential sale. All of our communication was warm and friendly. He explained all the additional options we could have purchased in buying this van. There was no pressure on his part to push us into buying any of these add-ons. He went the extra mile to close this deal in a very warm and comfortable manner. They listen to the customer. And do what they can to find a vehicle for the customer. They make sure the customer is very satisfied with the vehicle they bought. through out the purchases and after they leave the lot.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
9 am service appt that took over 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. They had to simply plug into computer port (in-cab) for engine light check. My opinion - Too long for a 5-10 minute check. After 1 hour I had to see what status was...Last oil change same, slow service...
