I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Cowen at Courtesy Motors for a used Ford Edge that I had found on-line and from the very start he was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Not only did he make me feel very comfortable in buying a car that I had only seen on-line but he met me in Missoula as I drove from Spokane so I could pick it up. He is outstanding in customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him or the dealership again. I have even referred family from Wyoming to him. I'm slow in the acknowledgement but very grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Brandon. The SUV was everything he promised and more. Thank you Brandon!!!!
Chris over in the Nissan building is great to work with. My 1st choice of car did not work out but he found one that fit what I wanted and called me in and I purchased it. Chris is hands down the best and most personable car salesman I've ever worked with. Will be going back in future.
Billion Auto Group especially Doug Collins in (service) and follow by Steve Stout ( GM) were incredible to work with. I purchased a Yukon XL Denali and it had an annoying rattle noise when driving at 60mph. For the price of the car, I wanted this fixed. Doug was incredible in service and worked with me to resolve the problem and even had a GM engineer come to Bozeman to look at the car and see if it could be rectified. The problem was sporatic and sometimes Doug was not able to hear it when he test drove my car. Even without hearing the noise constantly, Doug took care of me and put in the paperwork to replace. I was not treated as annoying customer or pushed aside but instead with professinalism and understanding. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and have an issue along the way with replacing the car but that was not the case. Steve Stout said to me numerous times, " you don't worry, we will take care of you and handle it with GMC." Even when GMC said they would not take care of 2K that I purchased for an insurance detail package, Steve said he would take care of it for me because it was the right thing to do. GMC furfillment center rep even told me that they were extremely impressed with this dealership and their timeliness and throughro paperwork. They said most dealerships are difficult to work with during this process and that most people have to wait up to 6 months to get their care replaced. My issue once approved was taken care of in less than two weeks. Bottom line, Billion was outstanding and my husband and I will be lifelong customers because we trust we will be taken care of! Buy your car here, no joke they are wonderful!

Be very careful trading in a german car because the used car manager ( he came from the Dodge store) doesn't know how to book out a german vehicle at all (appraise) He did this once before to us and he hits the car so way back of actual trade in value it makes me think he doesn't know what he's doing or he just doesn't want the car. Either way I feel bad for this dealership because it cost them a deal. Mike the GM is a great guy just be careful if you trading in a used euro car. Still a good group of guys but need to learn about real german cars.
Had my oil changed on Saturday morning, nice time to be there, it's not busy and the dealership area is quiet, too. The work was done fast and well done. I really appreciated the manager on duty that day. I had some service-type questions about my new jeep and he was well informed and gave me great information. I only gave it an 'overall' rating of 4 stars because I was surprised, and a little bummed, that the 'quick clean' done at the quick lubes isn't done here. (windows, dash, vac). That would be a nice touch.
Bryan Gustafson was my final salesman. He did not start out to be the person that I had contacted. He was however there when I arrived for my test drive, and he helped me out. He ended up being my final salesman. He was very nice and i would sure tell my friends to contact Quality Auto and ask for Bryan Gustafson. Thank you Bryan I am so happy with my Dodge Durango so far.
