My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer ‘we will make it happen’. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. There comes a time in our lives that things don???t always work out, where you feel like you hit rock bottom and desperately need someone to extend an ???olive branch ??? to you to help you out. The day I came to the dealership I was at the lowest point in my life. I was stuck in a vehicle that I could no longer afford due to unforeseen circumstances that I had no control over. So let me start by saying how thankful I am for the care and support I received during my visit at the dealership. Everyone was so very compassionate, caring ,honest, respectful and very positive and that???s very hard to find these days. They were also very understanding of my situation and worked very to help me get. in position to get back on the right path financially. They not only were sensitive to my emotional stress but also very accommodating to my disability as I have been battling Parkinson???s disease for almost16 years. They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was not under any stress during the entire process. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for your kindness! I am a Loyal Customer for Life. We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.
We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. Alex and the Lynch staff were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Alex came in on his day off to complete the process. We are happy with our purchase of a 2018 Terrain.
I really like this dealership from the friendly no pressure salesman to the service dept. that bends over backward to explain whatever service I am getting and keep me up to date when they will be finished. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle for me.
Patty, Boyd and Chris made my transaction quick and smooth. There's not really anything else to say. If you've bought vehicles in the past, you know how important that is. I was in, and out the door in just over an hour. That is not an exaggeration.
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
I was very happy either service and the deal. I went in looking for a specific car and received a much better deal then I could find closer to my home. Drove an extra hour to get there, well worth it.
