SVG Urbana salesman Jack, has got to be the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I looked for weeks for a good used S-10 with low miles and in good shape and he found me one. He met my price and made sure it was in very very good condition. He's honest, caring, friendly and treated me like I was family. He said he wouldn't put me in something he wouldn't drive. He test drove it with me to make sure I was satisfied with this truck. He is the best. He surely adds a plus to SVG dealership. Thank you Jack so very much,. I just love my (Black Beauty) . As usual, I called Willard Shell when my lease was expiring and we made an appointment to discuss my next car. We discussed my options and my decision was an Encore. Willard is so helpful and gives you the important info you need without being pushy. I have driven Buicks for many years and have never been disappointed. I also have my oil changes and work done at Jim Causley and have been completely satisfied. Thanks for salesmen like Willard Shell and an up-to-date facility!!
By far the best dealer I have ever visited. I have purchased 8 vehicles from here and drive 25 plus miles to go there for every oil change because they are head and shoulders better than any of the local dealers I have visited in the past.
We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. Alex and the Lynch staff were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Alex came in on his day off to complete the process. We are happy with our purchase of a 2018 Terrain.
Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.
My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!
i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.
I'm 75 years old and have dealt with numerous Dealer's over the years. BMW of Bakersfield was exceptional. It was by far the the most pleasant experience I'VE ever had with an Auto dealership. From my Client Advisor, Mohsen Vaziri, who found exactly what I was looking for and followed through with every detail of the the transaction, to Thristen who was so patient with the old fart in explaining all the computer workings of my vehicle. Also to Parts Dept. Jesse Clemente, who took the time to locate the missing wheel lock key. And to Mgrs.Mike Rial and Cherif Guirguis who both spent time talking with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. The total experience was an absolute pleasure. New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
