From my first phone call regarding a vehicle with Casey, to test driving with Jason, then purchasing with Ben, PSI made it an easy, comfortable, and all around great car buying experience. They were friendly, attentive, accommodating, understanding, and I would highly recommend them.
I knew what I wanted and Steve identified a few vehicles of which I selected one. Test drove it, returned home, called Steve later, agreed to a deal over the phone and a couple do days later picked it up- where Steve had it ready for me. He went through the car with me and then I was off. I invested a little over an hour in this purchase. Never a vehicle purchase so smooth and efficient.
Working with Sean was great he was very informative and upfont with everything during the test drive and pulling together the financing. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle but there was never any pressure to purchase.
Adam Johnson was so easy to work with in helping us get into a vehicle we really like. If he didn't know the answer to our questions, he wasn't afraid to admit it and then go find out for us. No pressure ever felt.
We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned GMC Acadia and are very happy with the purchase! The staff was very helpful. The sales person we had was new but did a great job with checking with other experienced salespeople if he didn't know the answer to our questions.

I felt comfortable the moment I pulled into the service garage. Everything was explained to me before my car was taken back. I enjoyed several cups of coffee while I waited less than an hour :) afterwards, one of the guys walked me through the paperwork to make sure I understood what was done and what I was charged for. Great experience.
Have been with Lupient when buying my cards for the last 30 years. It has all changed. There is hardly anyone in the service department. The calls don;t come and when you try to call you get connected to three or four different areas/people....and then get voicemail. In the past when I picked up my car, It was washed and brought around for me. The other day when I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told roughly where it would be and to go look for it - get it myself. No wash. No customer service!
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
9 am service appt that took over 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. They had to simply plug into computer port (in-cab) for engine light check. My opinion - Too long for a 5-10 minute check. After 1 hour I had to see what status was...Last oil change same, slow service...
Awesome experience. Jerry Griffis was great to work with.

I was I need of a new vehicle. I called and was greeted by Tim Garrick. Tim was awesome to work with and he put us into the truck we wanted at a very great price. Soon after we purchased the vehicle we had a glitch that made the transmission shutter, (not a drivability issue). I made contact with Tim who immediately put me in touch with Jerry Griffis. Jerry was more than great to work with. He listened to my concerns and had my vehicle picked up at my work place. The vehicle was fixed in a very timely manner and dropped back off at my work. Jerry made certain that he answered all of my questions and did a follow up to make sure the truck was still running properly. I can???t say enough about how great Jerry and Tim were to work with. Thanks guys, you are a testament to how great a business White Bear Lake GMC is.
