We had an excellent experience at Green Buick GMC. Glenn Baker gave us an exceptional experience and amazing customer service. If you are in the market I definitely would recommend this dealership more importantly I would recommend Glenn.
Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.
The staff was very good an efficient. Was great to explain the truck features. Fabian made sure I was completely satisfied. Will buy my next truck here. They option the best and put a little extra as well.
I experienced that some repairs are not corrected on first visit to dealership. Recently, my car was in second time for same AC unit problems. I was told the diagnosis was different this time-$$$. The other problem is that car randomly hesitates to start. The problem of.random starts is back.again. It has been less than 2 weeks since repairs were completed.
Rob Comstock has been an excellent help to us in regards to our new car purchase (both of them). We are very pleased with our new Rav4. We cannot thank everyone at Gullo enough for helping us exchange the Prius we originally purchased (which it turned out was not the right car for us) for the Rav4. Please thank Mitch Ericson for processing our paper work twice. Also, extend our thanks to Mr. Grice who spent a great deal of time going over all the features of the Rav4.
We went to Gullo because your on line customer service rating was four and a half stars. I am so glad we did. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. I purchased my truck at this dealership, When it was due for servicing I was glad to bring it here as my purchase experience was extraordinary. I was not surprised to find out the excellent treatment i recieved from Robert in Service. I felt he was there to inform and assist me in a complete manner to make me feel appreciated. Robert has me appreciating the professional service of "Service". I will be returning for future maintenance and looking forward to a long term relationship.
I took my vehicle in for repairs everything was done correctly and good customer service .but only thing kind concerning me was that I asked for help to the advisor in the corner for help and his was rude to tell me wait for your advisor. That was no the answer I was looking for it and yea he was took busy texting. I m sorry that put a flaw to into the good service.
