I hate dealerships and I typically try to buy private party when I can but Carl Black has changed my opinion on the entire experience. I couldn???t find what I wanted anywhere until I found Carl Black. The sales team is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and knew I was being treated fairly. The used car selection top quality, not like those pop up stores you see lined down the street.... Matt Hernandez in used cars was very up front and Eric in finance found me a better rate than even my own bank would offer. A++ will be a repeat customer.

Carlblack has the best staff to work with ! If you will give them a chance, they will earn your business! They have the best selection of vehicles. They will absolutely take care of you after your purchase !!
After researching cars online and visiting multiple dealerships, my husband and I wanted to make sure we did our due diligence before purchasing a new vehicle for our growing family. I decided to visit Carl Black Roswell with my 4-year-old and infant, specifically to look at a Yukon. I described what I was looking for and Nick brought a car to the front of the dealership within minutes. He made it easy for me to check out the car, ask questions and demonstrate features on the vehicle, all while entertaining my boys and making us all feel comfortable (and without pressure). The dealership even had a bouncy house and popcorn available which made them excited to stay. We decided to test drive the vehicle that evening and came back to buy it the following day as the Yukon had what we were looking for and Nick was very helpful throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend Carl Black Roswell for a family-friendly, pressure-free car buying experience.
I had a great experience with Kollin at Carl Black when I was ready to get into a new car! He was very patient and listened to what I wanted and matched me with a great vehicle! The whole crew at Carl Black was very welcoming and supportive! I would def buy from them again.
There were moments where we were about to walk out of the dealership but they worked really hard to turn around the sale and make the numbers work. John was a great salesmen who worked hard to resolve issues and make the sale happen. He worked hard to show us multiple vechile options for us to test drive and pick from.
Scott Bergstrom and Tom Rickard went above and beyond to get my car fixed and made sure I had a car to drive. They made me feel like a valued customer. I will always have my Yukon serviced at the dealership because of those two people.
We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.
Sales lady brooxie did a wonderful job communicating with me about the car.i drove 160 miles to test drive car.price was right .i had cash in hand.Manager fumbled the ball on the one foot line.by not coming to some agreement on getting the car to my house.His only suggestion was was for me to drive back home get my daughter and drive back to atlanta from greenville sc .to get the car home.welli took my money and drove back home.Thank You!!!
Robby Hubson (our salesman) was extremely helpful in assisting us with our new purchase. Very friendly and willing to answer all 101 questions we can. If your shopping for a new or used car I would highly recommend this dealership.

Took my car in on Tuesday for repair. They were great to deal with. Brandy called me to let me know the costs of each item before proceeding. I also loved their appt. reminder service, so I didn't forget. Their follow up so far has been great. I would recommend using this newer dealership. I am also talking with Robby in the next week about a car purchase. Robby took the time to call me while my care was being repaired. Great service!
