I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. So good in fact, we sent our granddaughter in to see Tony, and she too purchased a new Chevy. Thanks Tony, we only hope the service dept. lives up to what sales and finance have set as a high bar. April 17, I contacted your dealership about a Toyota 2006 4 door. Brett called me that night to talk about the vehicle I wanted. I called him the next day with a request about certain maintenance had been jdone. He called me back and told me, but i told him I wanted to see the maintenance tickets, he said he could send it to me, but he would have to block out customer name and address. I received it and call Brett letting him know that I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra SR5 just like what i was looking at, and I would be trading it in. I told him Iwas not interested if he was going to low ball me , since mine had only 145,000 miles. He ask me to send in pictures of my vehicle and he would let me know somewhat a trade might be. I knew would the trade would only be a ballpark price until you had a chance to look at it. We live in Paris Texas and told him I did not want to drive two and one half hours to get there and the trade was going to be low. I wanted the 4 door since I have a 4 door access cab. I had to call him on the second day after sending pictures to see if he had to receive. Brett said he would let me know. It is Thursday and I still have not heard from him. If he did not think we could trade, why not call customer and let him know. When he thought he had an easy deal he contacted me. I am an old man and I do not mind be told no. I have purchased 4 Lexus from Sewell down the road from you, they have the greatest salesman, they will call you regardless if you can make a deal. I donot believe I would ever say buy from Sewell Cadilac to another person

Tom Caufield was AMAZING! He helped me purchase a car for my mom who lives in Texas while I was in Virginia. He went above and beyond, taking the car for my mom to test drive, helping me through the loan process, and finally dropping the car off to my mom in spectacular condition. I dealt with about 7-10 dealerships prior to working with Tom and no other dealership was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my elderly mother was accommodated while I was hundreds of miles away. The whole process took about two weeks and the entire time he was nothing but patient and always available to answer all of my questions. I was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I needed a new battery and it was an unexpected experience, but necessary. The only issues I ever have are they never clean my car, at my previous dealership- I was always given a courtesy car wash/vacuum. Also, they didn?t replace my wiper fluid or use mats in my car.

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

Great buying experience, much better than other dealerships for buying a vehicle. They didn't force us to add an extended warranty or other typical dealership nonsense.

I was asked when I needed my truck back, I alex for 2pm. I never got a call, and when I went to the dealership at 3pm because u didn't get a call back, I was told my recall was not done and it would be 45 minutes longer. Very disappointing the lack of communication. There service department was slow and I never got av return call. I was not able to wait so had to take my truck. I would continue to go to Ewing but they will not take the service plan I bought from freeman when I purchased my truck. Keep in mind we've purchased five trucks from freeman in the last two years.
