I bought a used car and after signing the paperwork was handed one car key. I use the cars I buy (8 new and used cars in the past 3 years) for our business so I need two keys. I was told by the sales person that he would take care of it, which after many calls and emails, he has not. A sales manager basically said "you get what we get when we receive the car."
I have never bought a car, new or used, from a reputable dealer, and not received two keys. The fobs are not cheap so I guess they decided that if they ignore me I will just go away.

I love this car. DON'T buy at Earnhardt GMC though. They were terrible. But yes, buy this car if you want a large and very automated SUV.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I just purchased my third Yukon XL Denali, I love each one more. I just purchased my 2018 last week. My previous was a 2015, even though they are essentially unchanged GMC managed to refine the 2018. Smoother ride, quiter interior, better gas mileage, smoother transmission. Great for the long hauls with a family.
Perfect size for our family. Big like a truck by handles like a car. Plenty of storage space for groceries or luggage. It’s a real head turner. Hits your wallet hard but in my opinion worth it! So many options. And plus my kiddos can’t touch each other anymore. Whoop!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I love my yukon xl it's a beautiful vehicle . It's fun to drive and I need to fight my daughter for it She loves the automatic start
My husband and I just moved to Denver and we need to start a life here in the States. Since day 1 Shahin was very transparent with us, guiding and helping us understand different steps we need to follow as new residents. We did not have yet a social security number, not even a Denver drivers license but Shahin did look for options and alternatives, helping us choose the best options. Today we went back to Shomp with a social security number and we where able to get the exact car we wanted since three weeks ago. The process had a lot of steps to be followed due to our condition and Shahin was there, next to us and always with a smile and a positive attitude. Once we got the car, Shahin suggested specific extras for the car alligned to local weather conditions. We are BMW customers in our hometown ( Costa Rica) and are happy to say that in Denver we can continue keeping our loyalty thanks to Shahin???s and his team???s guidance and support. We chose Shomp because friends of us who also moved to Denver with the same company and similar conditions highly recommend this dealer! Now my husband and I can be part of those extremely happy customers

Fun to drive. Technology is great, but not as intuitive as it could be. Plenty of room and storage. Better gas mileage than my wife’s Toyota.
In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. We settled on Emich primarily due to the experience we had with Chaz Valdez and a conversation that I had with Wade Seymour. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. We are satisfied that we got the best deal and are secure in our decision to buy the vehicle from Emich.

We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
