Reason I bought was due to Shawn Waara briefing me well regarding Ferrari I had not seen.Shawn repeatedly sent pictures of things I wanted to know regarding car such as Navigatiin , year of manufacture label etcetera
My husband and I went into Jupiter Chevrolet to look for a vehicle, Santos helped us with a great customer service, the first thing he asked us what our needs were, and gave us different options to choose, He explains everything in detail and he was making sure we were happy with our election, we will definitely go with him whenever we re ready to buy another vehicle.
I experienced that some repairs are not corrected on first visit to dealership. Recently, my car was in second time for same AC unit problems. I was told the diagnosis was different this time-$$$. The other problem is that car randomly hesitates to start. The problem of.random starts is back.again. It has been less than 2 weeks since repairs were completed.
Everyone at Sewell was extremely professional and 1st class. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. No high pressure sales tactics or games with this dealership. I test drove vehicle and told them I needed to think about it for a few days. I negotiated over the phone and came back in and purchased. Purchasing vehicle was seamless process.
We bought a used vehicle from Sewell Buick-GMC Dallas location. We worked with Chloe Compton. She was professional- answered all our questions and if she didn’t know she found someone who did! She made it a pleasant and professional experience. It did not feel like the typical car buying experience! I would definitely use Sewell again. We were purchasing a car for our college age son- so spending was under $16000. but they still gave us the same attention as other buyers. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were willing to do most negotiations over the phone. Did not feel pressured.
I had a problem with the Service on my last visit. I waited until the following Monday then call Rick Gonzales, my Service Rep, who had been off on the fore meantioned visit. He was able to get me in on the following day and take care of the problem..
Came here because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. No pressure environment, great customer service over all an outstanding experience. Dora was our sales rep. She saw what we were looking for and helped us throughout the way. We love our new vehicle!

I shopped around a lot looking for best deal and Dora was the only salesperson who wen't out of her way for when looking at several dealerships. She answered all of my questions promptly and Classic Buick GMC had THE best price within a 200 mile radius for what I was looking for. My expectations were exceeded by the dealership and Dora herself. The price for my CPO Terrain was very competitive, all of the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly and Dora was extremely responsive while I was debating driving the nearly 200 miles to look at and purchase the vehicle.
