Although I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle I was disappointed with my interaction with the service staff. Initially Carlos was very positive but things went forward not so much. I have concerns regarding communication between the staff members. When I am quoted one price and upon check out I am told something else, then when I think that the situation is corrected and try to checkout a second time the amount is still not what I was originally quoted. As a customer I should not have to work to get a price honored that I was originally promised. Regardless of the lack of communication between the staff members. I understand that we were customers that were acquired by your purchase of Perry Buick but to be honest this experience was NOT a very good first impression. Hopefully you will do better moving forward. Otherwise I???m going to have to find somewhere else to take my business.
The staff at Southern Kia Chesapeake are so friendly and courteous. They treat every customer as family. Joe Miller , Cynthia Adam, and Brian Johnson has the best customer service relation I have ever encountered. I will be recommending the dealership to others.

Went into Southern Kia Gmc Completely discouraged from other dealerships with insanely high interest rates and montlhly payments. D'Aundre actually listened to me and made sure to stay within the price range and monthly payments I wanted. I now have an amazing 2017 Kia Sportage and I am so in love. I stopped to look at Buick sedans, with the idea that they were not luxury cars and only old people bought them. I was looking at Lexus, BMW and Mercedes as my next car. Adam Burtner did not push or ever explain, he just suggested that I sit in the car. Honestly, that was all it took for me to change my mind. The car was every bit as luxurious as the high end brands at a much more affordable price. All of the people we dealt with during the purchase process were polite, considerate and informative. Adam followed up with me several days later to make sure I was happy with my new car, which I thought was really considerate.
Cindy was a personable service advisor. Cindy was very understanding, caring and knowledgeable. I encountered her back in April 2017 when I had a transmission issue , after that I only wanted to work with her when I had another issue in August 2018. She deserved all the accolades that are due to her.
