We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
I went in expecting to be turned down for a loan. Mark was fantastic, along with everone else who helped me. I left with the perfect car, far above what I had expected, at a price I can afford. This is my 2nd Hyundai and I will never drive anything else. Amazing experience, Mark was informative, patient, kind and so helpful. I will recommend you guys to everyone!
Our experience at Burns GMC was outstanding. We had visited all of our local dealerships and were unimpressed with selections, outrageous payment options and their customer service were all less than par. We decided to make the hour drive to Burns after researching their selection online. We were contacted by them and given an appointment time with the manager, something no other dealership did. Joe welcomed us and set us up with Chris Sprague who was simply amazing. Not only was Chris knowledgable and personable, he made us feel comfortable and never pressured, a rarity in the car shopping world. We were able to find the perfect vehicle that had everything on our wishlist within our budget. Thank you Chris, Joe, Bill and Bridget for making our car shopping experience something to share with everyone. We will be returning to Burns GMC for all future vehicle purchases.
I went to Matt Blatt looking to buy a used Mustang. My salesman, Marc, was knowledge and easy to work with. It didn’t feel like an ordinary car dealership. Very family feel to them and very honest. They fully disclosed everything and the transaction was very quick. I would highly recommend them and would buy from them again in the future. If you go there definitely ask for Marc.
Armen Chevrolet made the entire trading in and buying process extremely easy for me. My car was sold to me with just 2 miles on it, they gave me a fair trade on my old vehicle and walked me through the steps of each process. The one issue (probably not important to everyone) was the excessive branding they put on my new vehicle with their name on it. They had a vanity plate on the front of the car, a license plate cover with their branding, and an emblem (not a decal) bearing their name stuck with heavy adhesive. It was almost impossible for me to remove the emblem and if not done right could have resulted in damage to the paint.
