This is the second Buick that we have purchased from Roger in 17 months . We came back to Roger because he is honest, straight forward and knowlegable about what he sells. Plus he has a great sense of humor and we love his stories! He makes us feel comfortable and we feel he always gives us great service, even after the sale is made.
This dealership was one of the best dealerships i’ve ever gone to. They were fast and really nice people. Tyler was the salesman that helped me look for my vehicle. He’s outstanding at what he does. He was nice and eager to help me get the best deal. This dealership is willing to take the extra step in order to make your experience a great one. I definitely see myself coming back in the future any car shopping.
I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!
From the minute he met me and my partner, Evan was incredibly helpful, both with imparting information about the truck we came to see, as well as making helpful suggestions towards negotiating a deal. Because of his warm personality and kind patience, we finished by buying a beautiful GMC truck for a fair and affordable price.
In the passed I always brought my car in for service and I have been totally. However, this one particular time which has been recently I have some concerns about my repair in which I do believe I will have to take my car back to the dealership to rectify an issue in which I thought as a loyal customer my service would have been much better.
Usually do good job but caused me inconvenience this time...

I was there because of a recall on the power steering system. It was suggested that I have the cooling system flushed. I agreed. 72 hours later my check engine light comes on. I take the car back and I am told a hose was loose. It may have been because I ???ran over something or they may have forgotten to reconnect it???. Mistakes happen but I think you should at least offer to compensate the customer ( just a little sign of appreciation) for the time they spent making an additional trip to the dealership in the rain after cancelling appointments that they had scheduled to take care of something else that they need to take care of. By the way...we both know (the service department and me) that it was a mistake made by the mechanic...I did not ???run over something??? and cause the problem...
Now that is how a customer should be treated! A+++

I cannot think of enough nice things to say about my experience. From the moment I parked on the lot to the time I left, I felt like royalty. Every single employee here was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and like family.
Chris Noa by far is who everyone should work with. His manager Ben was on top of his game as well and read me right off the bat. Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He set me up with Chris and then Chris took it from there.
The entire experience of buying a car can be stressful and difficult. These guys made it actually fun and in the end if I had not bought the vehicle, I still met some great people and had a great time. The good news was I did buy the vehicle and I truly believe it was because we just worked together understanding each other’s side from a business to consumer and made it painless.
The car was exactly as described, the employees were top notch, and the facility looked amazing.
However these employees can be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond should be done.
For anyone looking even just to acquire some information and/or browse, don’t be afraid to talk to these guys. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of nor that I was bothering them. Don’t shy away from getting information to make a good decision on what’s right for you.
Again I can’t say enough. Chris and Ben are elite and deserve much kudos to making my evening a great one and a very happy customer.
