There were moments where we were about to walk out of the dealership but they worked really hard to turn around the sale and make the numbers work. John was a great salesmen who worked hard to resolve issues and make the sale happen. He worked hard to show us multiple vechile options for us to test drive and pick from.

Gus at Superior Buick was nothing but amazing. He was so courteous and professional. I had previously been working with another dealer and my experience was less than favorable, I drove the extra 20 miles to see Gus and he blew them out of the water. He gave me an awesome trade in price, was able to get me in an upgraded vehicle with everything I wanted. He was so accommodating to what I wanted, and I even picked my car up same day. As usual, I called Willard Shell when my lease was expiring and we made an appointment to discuss my next car. We discussed my options and my decision was an Encore. Willard is so helpful and gives you the important info you need without being pushy. I have driven Buicks for many years and have never been disappointed. I also have my oil changes and work done at Jim Causley and have been completely satisfied. Thanks for salesmen like Willard Shell and an up-to-date facility!!
We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
I have to give the BIGGEST THANK YOU To Larry, Drew and the F&I manager for putting me in a brand new GMC Terrain. My current car broke down and no other dealer could find me the vehicle I wanted or give me a price that would fit my budget. As a single mother of three and a limited amount to spend I was so desperate to find a vehicle quickly. I couldn't imagine having no car for another day. They went out of there way to pick up my disabled car, at no cost to me, from lower Westchester so i could at least use it towards another vehicle. They put me in a beautiful state-of-art black on black brand new terrain that I drove off in today. Wow, all within hours I was driving for only $139 a month after they gave me a good amount for my car. I never would have thought I would be driving a car as nice as this for so little down and such a small monthly payment. We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. Alex and the Lynch staff were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Alex came in on his day off to complete the process. We are happy with our purchase of a 2018 Terrain.
Tim was the only dealer willing to work with my schedule. When I asked him for rough numbers I didn’t get the typical xxxxxxxx you get from the Larry h millers and Peterson about “just come in”. Tim and Kendall were respectful of my time and I will definitely recommend and shop there again.!
Outstanding sales person award should go to Haley Botz . I saw one truck online and she pretty much had a deal together before I left for a 4 hour drive . She did so much work negotioting for me without even knowing if I would come buy the truck. Then when I got there I saw another truck that caught my eye , she was amazing with her attitude and went back to helping me with negotioting a fair price for us and her company . She has a way of creating a deal with out the" pushy sales pitch " because her attitude was amazing I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her .
