Both Brian and Victor made the vehicle purchase process so painless. They did everything to make the process easy and straight-forward. The dealership got me an appointment within a few days of booking. Diagnosed quickly. Finished quickly. Got a fair bill. Service advisor was good at communication as well. Would for sure return for my Chevy work.
Keith, my salesman,was friendly, helpful and professional through the whole purchasing process. He made me feel like he was on my side. When a few problems popped up, he made sure that they were all resolved to my satisfaction.
I was here for an oil change while on a long road trip--I was promised that my email wasn't going to be bombarded with email from you guys--well they lied! This is like the 4th or 5th email to review you.
The lot is nice with good inventory--your CRM needs adjusting to not constantly be bothering a customer that lives 1800 miles away and likely wont be back.
