Awesome experience. Drove over 200 miles to get there, and it was worth every minute - from emailing with questions, to making an offer. I called and talked with Stephen. Very knowledgeable, tech savy about all the features and systems, and was a straight shooter. I sent pictures of my vehicle and negotiated everything over the phone. Showed up at the dealership and signed my paperwork and was out the door in about an hour. Leon was great too. Smooth transition through all the paperwork. Really like this dealership.

Stuart was so nice when I first called to ask about the vehicle. I went to purchase the vehicle and was given top of the line service. He came out in the ran to get me and my family out our car. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. He careful explained all paperwork to us. I will be sending many people to Stuart in the future

Ben Mynatt is an excellent dealership. My experience was very positive from the first time I called about a car I had seen online until I signed the papers for a new Acadia. The entire well trained staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. They make buying a car a pleasure instead of a nightmare.
Tony Stewart is an excellent salesman. Very courteous and helpful with the purchase of my vehicle. He told me what could be done to my satisfaction, and made it happen. Every sales person was courteous and showed concern for my comfort while at the business. This business is not like a lot of other places that I have visited in my lifetime. There was no pressure, no directing me away from what I wanted, not a long and drawn out process. Truly customer oriented and they helped me achieve my goal of purchasing the vehicle of my choice. Called about a Equinox for my mom. Aron took my questions and said he would have Dean (the sales manager) call me back. To my surprise, less than 5 minutes had passed before Dean did call me back. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, worked up a price, and emailed it to me. The price was easily the best quote I had received from over 6 different dealers. Mom ended up going with a different manufacturer and model, but I know when its time for a new truck who I am going to call 1st. Very easy people to deal with. Great service!

Hard to get and appointment when you need it that day. You have to talk to a person who is not even at the dealership. I would prefer to talk directly to the service department at the Dealership. Prices for service seem to be on the high side also.
I presented Flow Cadillac in Winston-Salem service center with a very unusual noise problem in my 2014 Cadillac SRX. At first, it had us all confused, but the service manager and the service writer went beyond the call of duty to diagnose the problem which really wasn't a problem at all. I was very pleased with the concern by the staff to correct my issues. This is one of the best auto repair service centers I have ever been to!
