Working with Sean was great he was very informative and upfont with everything during the test drive and pulling together the financing. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle but there was never any pressure to purchase.
PSI was second to none. From my first phone call regarding a vehicle with Casey, to test driving with Jason, then purchasing with Ben, PSI made it an easy, comfortable, and all around great car buying experience. They were friendly, attentive, accommodating, understanding, and I would highly recommend them.
I knew what I wanted and Steve identified a few vehicles of which I selected one. Test drove it, returned home, called Steve later, agreed to a deal over the phone and a couple do days later picked it up- where Steve had it ready for me. He went through the car with me and then I was off. I invested a little over an hour in this purchase. Never a vehicle purchase so smooth and efficient.
I had seen numerous vehicles online that PSI had in inventory, but wasn't sure about the company since I hadn't hear of them. Then I ran into a client of mine who had purchased several SUV's with PSI, they gave raving reviews of their transactions with PSI so I decided to visit and check out their vehicles.
I was very impressed with the site and staff, they're knowledgable and comprehensive of what us customers are looking for. Plus, their inventory changes a good amount so if it's not in now, it probably be in soon or they can create what you're looking for. They specialize in enhancing vehicles to the next level. Which was awesome for me, and I did purchase a 15' Tahoe there and have loved it!!

Our experience with Dan was one that you hope for when making a major purchase. Dan was knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and thorough. I was impressed with the inventory and quality of products that they had to offer. From first impression to driving out the door in my new truck I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
For as long as I can remember, I have dreamed of owning a beautiful Italian car. Never would I have thought I would actually own one but then I ran into my sales rep Edward. He worked for days to find me the Giulia in my budget and with the features I wanted. I couldn't say enough about how impressed I was in his hard work making my dream come true. Thank you!

This review is directed on behalf of our salesman, Mr. David Middleton. From our very first visit, Dave made my wife and me feel very comfortable. We knew when we walked in, this was the van for us. Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van. We went and left a few times to think about the buying of this van. There were no phone calls made by Dave asking unnecessary questions about a potential sale. All of our communication was warm and friendly. He explained all the additional options we could have purchased in buying this van. There was no pressure on his part to push us into buying any of these add-ons. He went the extra mile to close this deal in a very warm and comfortable manner. I would recommend Dave to our friends who are looking for their future auto.
I went to Harry Browns Looking for a used Vehicle for my wife . Her Old 2004 Chevrolet Impala, has some major Transmission trouble and a 152,000 miles on it so I felt it was time to replace. I first seen 2017 Chevrolet Impala off Cars .Com at Harry Browns. I had heard many good comments from friends and co workers about Harry Browns so decided that's were I would start my Car search. Well I set up an appointment and then went to see what I could find if anything. Well as I entered the building I was greeted by one of there Employees asking if they could help me and I said I was here to see Chad , and was told he would be right with me and to have a seat. They the Employee offered me Coffee Or a Bottle water which I declined. With in 5 minutes Chad came out and visited with me Explaining he was the Sales Manager and welcome me to Harry Browns. He spent a little time with me explaining what to expect on this visit and that my time with them was of the highest priority . He then Introduce me to Product Specialist name Brandon Vance. And said he would take me out and look at some vehicles and test drive them and answer any question I may have. Well as I spent time with Brandon, him and I talked quite a bit about the types of Vehicles and what to expect. As I mention Earlier I originally went there thinking I wanted an another Impala for my wife but as I test drove the different Vehicles I found out a lot about Chevy Equinox which I determined would be a better replacement for my wife. I then ask Brian if I could drive the car to Pick -up My Wife and see what she thought. Upon returning with her it was decided we would go ahead and purchased the Equinox. From there Brandon, Took us through the process of purchasing that vehicle and once all the paper work was done he spent Quality Time with my Wife and I explaining all the different features of the vehicle we purchased. Keeping in mind we are both in our late 60`s and are not very computer savvy. Well in the end we both left with our New Car very well satisfied. I have to give everyone we dealt with at Harry Browns a big Thank You ! And A special thanks to the Excellent Job Brandon Vance , did for us. We would diffently Buy another Vehicle from them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone we know. Again GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.
