I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6.
I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem.
When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life.

My experience was fantastic. From the sales person to the service man, it was a delight to step through the doors of Pietroske. I have never felt more at ease dealing on a car and this was the first time since my husband had passed away that I did this all on my own. Mike Wall took so much time in explaining everything to me and the deal he was able to get for me was exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate that at no time did I feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. The staff at Pietroske should all be commended on a job well done. I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.
Our dogs go everywhere with us and we are an active family. We knew we were going to need a bigger vehicle. We did our research on what we wanted and because of other friends giving positive reviews we went to Mighty. We found a vehicle that was everything we needed and they worked with us to make sure we get a price we could afford and found us a really good and affordable extended warranty. I am pleased because it wasn’t a pushy experience and they truly cared about what we had to say. After having the van a few weeks there were a few things that needed to be taken care of macanically that came up (no fault of the dealership) and they took care of it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond with customer service and overall experience. I would certainly go back and purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes and would recommend them to anyone that asked. Shout out to Cody for being awesome!
Wow what an experience this was...pulled in dropped off the car with a nice young man named Eric. He took great care of me from the start, i never felt any pressure to buy anything he offered me only the services that I requested and gave me a great deal on them. I would definitely come back to Russ Darrow for any and all of my service work.
We were at Neenah for a funeral - we live in Kansas. Our engine light came on during our trip to Neenah. Mark Bogan and his service team allowed us to be immediately serviced because of our situation. We were also provided with a rental car. Within a few hours of bringing our car in to Bergstom, we received atext message from Mark saying our car was fixed and ready for pickup. Mark handled our warranty issues and we were quickly back on our way. This was perhaps the most polite, quick and most efficient service that I have ever received - especially during a tramatic time for my family. Please give my heart-felt thanks to Mark and the service team.
I worked with Igor in the Service Department. I was so happy with previous work that I brought my Jaguar in for some work after her long winter's nap. I always feel like Igor and the staff have MY best interests in mind. I don't hope to "need" vehicle repairs, but if I do, I will visit Igor and the staff at Maritime Ford in Manitowoc!
Ed Baldwin was an amazing person to work with! Not only did we have substantial repairs, but we were having difficulties with our warranty company, Ed assisted us in every way possible, including a seamless rental process. He even called days after just to check and see how everything turned out. Ed goes above and beyond for his customers and I would highly recommend service at Gandrud.

With that said I have searched many places for a new used vehicle. I have not seen another dealership with the attention to detail and quality of the vehicles on the lot. Very impressive! To top it off all sales personnel I dealt with were kind, courteous and amazing. I even peaked into their detail area and employees seemed to be enjoying themselves yet paying attention to detailing the vehicles. Anybody wanting a used vehicle definitely need to stop in and see what is available!
