I had bought my 2010 Impala from Dennis Lohe 3 years ago. My sister and her husband have always bought from Riley’s and trust them and they were right. Even though I live in Kansas City I know I get the best deal at Riley’s. So when I ready I emailed Dennis and told him what I wanted based on inventory on website and year end deals. I was upside down in my payments on the Impala and new I needed to trade it in! Everyone there worked with me and I LOVE my Equinox! Never once did I feel pressured by Dennis or other staff. They gave me best deal possible in the Impala and let my sister and I test drive around town on our own. Again that’s why I come to Riley’s!! My first new car, only 7 miles when we first test drove it. Since the two weeks I have had it, I have not been disappointed in my choice! Thanks again to all the guys at Riley’s, especially Dennis Lohe. I know I can still call him anytime if I have a question!
My wife and I were looking for a used truck. We found one on Lloyd Belt’s website and gave them a call. Matt Koenig answered the phone and he invited us to come check it out. We did and Matt was there to show us the truck. He answered all of our questions and demonstrated how to use all of the features the truck was equipped with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the details involved with purchasing one. He and the dealership did everything they said they would when our deal was completed! It was a very pleasant experience! Matt and the rest of the staff there are very friendly and professional! I’ve recommended them to my friends.

Overall we had a great experience, and we love our new Super Duty truck with the twin turbo diesel; it's tough, is insanely powerful, yet rides like a luxury car. Mike Pattrin and his team were great to work with - seamless transaction from another state, got the entire process completed and car shipped in a week (impressive given that they don't control the shipping component). Was not expecting to get a new vehicle came into the dealership to see what they had. I saw a glc that I have been looking at. I told them I wasn???t looking to buy right now. They said no problem and offered for me to test drive. I did go ahead and give them my car info that I would want to trade off when I was ready. By time I got back they had the pre numbers already configured and when they showed me I changed my mind I decided to get the vehicle. The whole process was very easy and no pressure at all. Other dealerships need to take note on how Mercedes in Columbia does it.
I purchased a diesel truck from Burkholders and was told it was inspected top to bottom nothing was wrong with it. They don’t provide any type of 30 day warranty on vehicles you purchase from them as they stand by their word on making sure nothing will happen to the vehicle it’s in good condition. Straight from the salesman. Well two weeks later the truck went from 75mph to 50mph in seconds. Come to find out it was the fuel filter and the O ring wasn’t installed properly. So most diesels when you get an oil change you replace the fuel filter also which this company did do but installed it incorrectly. I called to ask for reimbursement or if they could do anything and of course what do I get no sorry we can’t do anything for you. Standing by their word means when you buy it and you’re out the door don’t expect them to help you out.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
