I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
Had a great experience with Bronson Ford and Mason Bigler! Would buy from again!

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
This was the quickest and easiest car deal ever! This was the second vehicle that I purchased from Stewart Toyota. They are very honest, and friendly. I will be a customer for a long time!

Perfect fit for when I have 6 of my grandchildren with me and storage is great having to transport a baby stroller and my husband Walker and have groceries.
The only problem is we sometimes smell strong odor of gas. But there isn't a recall for it. We taking it in just as soon as we can get my second car running .
My wife and I were traveling back to Houston and experienced a growling noise in our right front wheel assembly. We were fortunately near Stewart Toyota in Corsicana, TX. The service representative, Terry Keeton, met us as soon as we pulled in to explain our situation. The service group took the Highlander in and checked the vehicle for the problem. The noise had quit by the time we got to the dealer, but the completely inspected the vehicle to insure that we did not have a problem. We did not have an issue. A rock or some obstruction had evidently lodged in the wheel assembly somewhere and caused the noise. Stewart did the inspection quickly and did not even charge us for the service. This type of Toyota representative is why we only buy Toyota cars. Thank you Stewart and Toyota. Mike and Sue Rayphole

this truck and other was the first truck i own i had a ford truck but the gmc is the best one i own so for.
I just bought my second after owning my first for nearly 13 years and receiving top notch service all these years. I know they'll take good care of me.

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
This is the 10th car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 15 years. We have always felt that we received a good deal and personalized service each time. It is understood that salesmen move on to other jobs, but the leadership and commitment is still there. Highly recommended this dealership.

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
Inquired if truck was available, and heard from sale rep, couldnt get out for a week, inquired again, never heard back, so I'll move on.
Great truck for towing or daily driver.

Great truck and a stylish daily driver! Purchased it new and currently have 14,000 miles on it. Use to be a Ford truck guy but I’m not disappointed with the switch. Only two issues with it since new. The outside ambient temperature sensor was not giving correct temperature. Also, the wireless charging pad on the center console never worked. As it turns out, all the 2017’s with this feature didn’t work. GM developed a replacement charging pad but did not cover the replacement under warranty. It cost me $275.00 to have it retrofitted with the new charging pad. It looks identical to the old pad except this one works on my IPhone X and my wife’s Samsung. How can GM sell a feature that doesn’t work in first place and the charge you to have it fixed?? That’s the subject of another conversation.
Great personnel and service. Over and above on what was expected.
Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
It was easy. They worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and nobody bullied me. The salesman was accommodating and friendly. I never felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of. It was a terrific experience!!
Very comfortable but MPG is terrible.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
I went online looking for a black buick, possibly used but in good shape.. You had the perfect car for me. So, I'm saving up my down payment and HOPING it will still be there. Great online information and back up.

Awesome vehicle....it goes when you hit the gas. You get heads turning with it. Great gas mileage when chipped. Handles well with large tires too
We took our Escape in for oil change, tire rotation etc. The Ennis Ford service department worked quickly and we were able to pick up our car quickly. We always appreciate all the service department does for us. They are courteous and we think they are superb. Tom Bonner usually helps us.

Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.
I've been dealing with Teague Chevrolet for many years now and have "never" left that dealership feeling regretful about anything they've done for me. I have recommended Teague to many friends and will continue to do so.

$25,000.00 vehicle, engine broke down after driving 160 miles, extended warranty purchased don't want to pay because has not been 90 days after purchase and dealership is giving the runaround to repair vehicle.
JUST ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE. WILL BE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN AND SENDING MY FRIENDS THERE.

This truck isn’t bad and is realiable. I drive my baby around in it and feel safe. It also has a nice exterior. I would recommend this to family and friends.
