I don't review a lot, but I have to mention the service I received from Jeff Ludwig. When I bought my 2013 Audi S4 APR Stage II, back in 2015, Jeff helped me and even sent me videos of the car since I was buying from Illinois. He also held the car with a modest downpayment for me.
Unfortunately my mechanic stole some of the upgrades off of my car when it was in for my last service. Since Manheim did the upgrade I had no paperwork. I searched my email, called Manheim, Jeff still worked there, and had me all the paperwork I needed to support my claim in 2 hours. If that isn't after sales support I don't know what is. Being able to count on a guy several states away, years after the fact, is the type of person I would want to work with if I were you.
To management: Please give Jeff a raise.
Hands down the best buying experience either my wife or I have had. Robert, Josh, Joseph and Mark were great to work with. No haggle pricing allowed us to speak openly on features, pros, cons and needs of our family. My trade-in value was higher than average KBB and what I had hoped for based on condition. The whole family took part in purchase, ensuring our 2 year old would like the new truck! From hoisting our son and NB car seat in and out of trucks, to arranging for change of address forms, to reading the vehicle for pick-up, the experience was easy, efficient, and fun! This is what purchasing a vehicle should be. We’ll be back next year for our family’s SUV…
I felt from the first phone call I was dealing with a straight shooter , and I was right . Kevin could not have been more honest or accommodating. A hard thing to find at any car dealership anymore. In the future I’ll be living in NC but would check 905’s inventory before anyone .
I recently purchased a 17’ F150 Lariat from Mark Martin Motors. The selection of trucks they have is 2nd to none and that is not an exaggeration. I spent the better part of 3 months looking for just the right truck and no other dealer in the tri-state area stocks the quantity AND quality of trucks that Mark Martin Motors does.
My salesman Jordan was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. At one point during my inspection of the truck, the owner of Mark Martin Motors was casually walking by and stopped over for the better part of 15-20mins to talk with me and make sure I was happy so far in my selection process. He explained to me how they only purchase cars and trucks that “they themselves would buy” He was very genuine and honest during our conversation and it was much appreciated.
I absolutely cannot stress enough how positive this buying experience was. Mark Martin Motors has now been recommended to all my friends and family.

It's been 2 mos since buying my '11 GMC DENALI dually from Lime Ridge. I live nearby and am always impressed with their inventory, so after deciding to upgrade my ride, I reached out via their website and Jamien called. This was my 1st diesel purchase, so I had many questions for him. Afterwards my wife and I decided to visit the dealership, where we test-drove 5 different trucks. It turned out to a very busy day for the dealership, but Jamien was patient and gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision. He also hooked me up with some performance mods as part of the deal, gave me a fair price on my trade, and has even taken care of some issues I discovered after the fact...at zero cost! Jamien has been great to work with before, during, and after the purchase. I have been 100% pleased with this place and highly recommend them. In a world full of used auto dealers, these guys stand out above the crowd!
Best buying experience of my life, period!!! Internet sales rep Casey Lindsey and sales manager Jason Russell were extremely professional, friendly and made me feel like family the second I stepped foot on the lot. Their price on the vehicle I wanted was already 800 dollars under KBB fair value and they even worked with me to get me lower! That's unreal considering they were already under KBB's fair price. I shopped around and researched market pricing on the vehicle I wanted for 2 months and was meet with disappointment from 6 other dealers. Needless to say we closed the deal in about a half hour, that's including the test drive!!!!!!
I would give 6 starts to this dealership if I could. You can shop around if you want, but Hondru will be your last stop for your next vehicle. I can't thank Casey and Jason enough for all they did to get me in my new vehicle!!!!!!!!! I love the vehicle and everything about my buying experience at Hondru. Other dealers should take notes, this is how it's done.....
I went in looking for a good deal on a vehicle and had several dealers in mind at the time. It was later in the evening so I met with Gary Deibert. He put a deal together on a few vehicles and promised to beat any other dealer around. The next day I was contacted by Scott Keath... both gentlemen came up with a deal that satisfied my wants and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience and i was very pleased as I drove away with a new 2018 Punk'n colored Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with matching hard top!
I was very please with the entire process and working with Bryan. I originally first saw the car online and contacted them through email. Our first few conversation where completely through text and what actually taken seriously unlike most places. They worked with me through photos due to me living almost 2 hours away from the dealer we came to terms before me even leaving my house. I highly recommend both the dealership and Bryan as a sales rep. Great place to buy
The customer service with Tirk was great. I came in just to get an idea of what I wanted. He was not pushy in any way. He just answered my questions and allowed me to test the cars I was interested in. The buying process was simple and not stressful.
I am used to Bobby Rahal's 5 star response and service. I got a wake up call today. While waiting to have my recently purchased Certified used Subaru Legacy serviced because it would not start, (after 32 days of ownership) I thought of how convenient their loaner service is, and how they sent a repairman to my house to replace a battery still under warranty. Faulkner also mixed up our SS #'s on the credit app. which I was reminded about again when we both got letters noting that our credit score has been affected by this error. As far as the repair, the battery terminal was corroded, and apparently a software update from rev A to rev D was required. I had a lot of faith in Subaru when we purchased this car last month, now I am worried every time I reach for the start button.
