Truck was in for software update and oil change. No other issues found. All good

I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

I got to work with 3 different salesmen. Josh and I talked more on the phone in the beginning of the process to get things rolling with my trade in (he was great). Then when I got there Josh was busy so I had a different salesman (Chase) help me look around for what I wanted. Chase was the NICEST person I’ve ever had help me made a big decision. Jorge jumped in when I started talking about payments and he was funny and nice as well! All of the staff there is overall amazing. They didn’t push me to buy anything. I came back 5 days in a row because each day I wasn’t sure and they were okay with that! They didn’t push me to buy the more expensive car , they actually cared about what would be best fit for me and my situation. I ended up leaving with a nice truck ! Chase and Jorge deserve so much for dealing with me and my family 😂

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

Normally I have used a competitor Chevy dealer but needed a repair done. They got my car in and out and fixed within the same day. Greg H is the best mechanic thanks for everything!

This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

To be honest we were originally apprehensive about buying a new vehicle, until we met Andrew, he made the experience positive, pleasant and enjoyable. By the time we were done with the purchase, Andrew was like an old friend. He even suggested the GM Legacy when he found that a deceased family member had retired from GM. We will definitely be shopping there when we need another new Vehicle.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

We recently bought our third Outback from King’s Subaru and once again the entire experience was a joy (aside from the cost of course). Ethan and Levi were professional and communicative and guided us through the process that included having to arrange delivery from another dealership in one day. The service department is equally strong. Courteous and professional.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

I had Great Experience at Jake Sweeney Buick. I called and spoke to George Dirling to see if the vehicle I was looking at online was available. It was and I headed down from Columbus to the their dealership and was welcomed at the door by George who had the 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir washed and up front at the dealership. We took a test drive and came back and I decided it was the vehicle for me to replace my 2008 Buick that was totaled in a recent accident.. George gathered all the info to get the deal taken care of and Steve in finance went thru the payment info for the financing and service contract... They also assisted me to take the rental I was in down the street to the Enterprise Rental and I was able to turn it in there and save a trip back to the dealership. Later in the afternoon I was heading back to Columbus in my 2021 Buick. Still getting acclimated to all the options, and love the Adaptive Cruise driving back home.. I was helping my sister Carol find a 2023 Buick Encore GX and Stephanie confirmed they had the one I inquired about and let Tom Spears know my sister and I would be coming in to look at the car from Cincinnati on Saturday morning. Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .
