Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. I would recommend Chris Myers highly to anyone. Thank you for such great service! Roy Titus

This car is very nice , a lot or space , I am not happy with the armrest left side front door it broke very unhappy .

I own the 6.2L 1500 Sierra and I love it. Although I only get 12.7mpg, the power makes up for it. I feel as though I could do anything necessary, and if the apocalypse came, it would keep me alive easily! It looks great inside and out, and I don't have to worry about any engine issues.
I???ve given 4 stars just due to the wait time for the buying process. Everyone was nice and pleasant to work with. The only negative experience was when we went to finance the guy told us a payment that was too high for how much we were financing and when we spoke up it actually ended up being 200$ cheaper. This was strange but I???m glad we caught it.

Beautiful vehicle! Plenty of power and full of options including heated/cooled seats, power sliding rear window, back-up camera, lane departure alert, etc., etc. PickUps are no longer just for hauling & towing!
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
Does anyone really read this? Lol

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I’ve owned other suvs so I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and comfortable the ride is, I drove a Buick Regal before this purchase and the Acadia glides down the road, even with all thepotholes on my 50+ mile daily commute. This has also been the perfect vehicle for family trips with my 6’4’ husband and 6’6’ son. Everyone is comfortable!
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
Very comfortable but MPG is terrible.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
I've had midsize SUV's before and I like the larger door size, cargo space, and so forth. So the Terrain seemed to be a logical model to test, and I was impressed with the test drive and bought it. After a year I've been pretty happy with it but a couple of things stand out. The back seat does not fold flat to increase cargo space and this seems to be kind of ridiculous and to spoil the whole idea. And recently I had to have the fuel pump replaced under warranty, because of using E85 fuel, which the service manager told me is not good for the fuel systems despite this being a flex-fuel vehicle. The other thing is that while I was happy with the 4-cylinder engine at first, I now wish I'd opted for the V6 as the car is kind of out of its element in highway driving. Don't get me wrong, it will get you there, but my foot is on the floor a lot more often than I'd prefer. If I trade this one off in the next few years I'll definitely opt for the V6. Overall I am very pleased with it.
Has all the room we need with 3 kids in car seats, plus the additional space behind the 3rd row for luggage or cargo. The captain's seats in the 2nd row are heated and allow for 4 adults to ride in comfort in 2 front rows. The cooled front seats are my favorite option as a FL resident!
I called with questions regarding a specific used car on their lot. My questions were answered honestly. I asked if the salesman would give me a firm, out the door price for this car. I had shopped pretty extensively in this area, and I knew the price was good. I drove the 70 miles to get there, signed the papers, and left with the “new” car in less than an hour.

Just purchased our third vehicle from ray here two months ago. We had a little AC issue that somehow wasn't covered under the extended warranty we purchased. Overall I really like it and enjoy it but the little things annoy me terribly. Re: cracks in dash and rear door window motors and a/c relay, when they know something is bad and put it in anyway. I think of the challenger space craft??
I was satifide with the sales person but the over all time I was there was a long time waiting but could not make a deal so said would wait come back at a later time when I had more time and see what we could do.
Very stylish and roomy, nice ride.

This car is head and shoulders above all the others I looked at in it's class. The V-6 is very powerful and gets 25 mpg on the highway and 22 city. I highly recommend it!
